cardinals were extremely classy this game, paying tribute to brock purdy when they were announcing their cardinals high school player of the year was amazing. they showed a picture of brock purdy right when they saluted past champions, brock was their 2017 champion.

I second that. There's supposedly a recent rivalry between our 49ers and the Eagles, but the Eagles fans are some of the most classless fans I have ever seen. Seahawks fans can at least appreciate and be a part of the rivalry without resorting to that kind of stuff.
If you actually look at the other angle they showed from the front view on that throw to Aiyuk you said could’ve been bad, it actually wasn’t nearly as bad as I looked from the side. Purdy placed that ball perfectly where only Aiyuk could’ve got it and that’s what elite quarterbacks do. They take those tough throws and they put them in the spot where only the receiver can get it.

He saw the space Aiyuk had at the top of the route and threw it to a spot only Aiyuk could get to and with him already ahead of the defender there was zero chance he could beat BA to the spot. He's been doing things like this all Season and the anticipation timing throws are one of his biggest strengths.. There's also nobody he has better chemistry with on timing especially then Aiyuk. Like you said, Purdy would have simply not thrown it if the separation wasn't there.

One thing you missed. After Purdy rolled out and hit CMC for the face-plant TD, Murry faced a similar situation. He rolled out and missed an open man in the endzone. Murry did a good job to extend the play, but Purdy put the ball where it was needed.

I've been a Niners fan for 42 years. I watched "The Catch", Montana to Clark, when it happened in real time. At the end of Purdys first season, when he was finished from the injury, I was telling my co-workers he looks like a young Joe Montana. All he has done this year is make me believe it even more.

There is one feature of Brock’s throws that the media doesn’t ask the Niners receivers, how easy it is to catch his spirals. There are QBs with power arms that is just too hard to handle because it bounces off the pads. Brock’s is like Joe Montana, the ball is easy to handle.

Growing up in San Jose it was only natural to be drawn to the 49ers back in 1982. To this day Jerry Rice is my favorite athlete ever! I am so excited and proud of this year's 49er's team! It goes beyond just the "West Coast Offence", this team is the whole package in every way! Your team the Seahawks might be one of our rivals but regardless I can really appreciate a true football fan like you!! I had that problem for this game. I have Brock and was playing against my niece who has CMC. I was yelling at my tv to stop throwing TDs to CMC. I needed a Brock to throw those TDs to anyone but CMC😂😂😂
Fantastic breakdown, good job. Another thing about Purdy that few have brought up, everyone is always in the right place, making the right motions, very few false starts, very few miscommunications and that starts with Purdy. His command of the offense is elite even before the play starts.

Can't remember when I saw your first 49er reaction. Been a few weeks. But as a 49er fan a really appreciate that you can see above that " Game Manager "BS and give a fair take on his skills and ability's. Look, just to be clear... I think that ALL QB's are game managers. They get the ball and they have to manage the game from their position, right? It comes down to what you are going to do with the ball. It's not Purdys fault that Deebo and CMC are open like the doors from Walmart on a black Friday. He still has to make decisions and sometimes that ball has to come out pretty quick. It's also not his fault that Kittle, Deebo, CMC or Aiyuk can run another 30 yac ... but if they do, than he gave the ball to the right guy, right? And if it is so easy with all those weapons.... Jimmy didn't do what Brock does... Mullens didn't do it, CJ didn't do it....Purdy can read a defense and he also reacts to defense movement after the snap. He is only 23 years old. I am just happy that we have a real QB again.

They said that the plan against Hurts was to keep him in the pocket and make him pass from there versus forcefully trying to go for the sack. If he doesn’t play tonight, the Seahawks won’t have to worry about that part of the game plan. They can go after the back up as hard as they want.

That last Deebo touchdown gets even more sick when you look at where Purdy starts his throw, Deebo crosses the 15 yard line and Purdy already is going for the throw with the mindset "I'm going to drop this dime on the pylon where only my guy can get it", he does not have separation (it's actually pretty good coverage) it's just as you say indefensible only the receiver can get it only the receiver knows it's coming. It's something Aaron Rodgers used to do a lot on the Packers, if done right there is no defense for it dude is running at full speed then in an instance turns and the ball is right there.

Growing up in San Jose it was only natural to be drawn to the 49ers back in 1982. To this day Jerry Rice is my favorite athlete ever! I am so excited and proud of this year's 49er's team! It goes beyond just the "West Coast Offence", this team is the whole package in every way! Your team the Seahawks might be one of our rivals but regardless I can really appreciate a true football fan like you!! If it is not in the cards for my Niners to go to the Super Bowl this year then I hope beyond hope that the Detroit Lions go all the way and blow everyone away lol Anything can happen in football and anything does happen which is what I love most about the sport!! Can't remember when I saw your first 49er reaction. Been a few weeks. But as a 49er fan a really appreciate that you can see above that " Game Manager "BS and give a fair take on his skills and ability's. Look, just to be clear... I think that ALL QB's are game managers. They get the ball and they have to manage the game from their position, right? It comes down to what you are going to do with the ball. It's not Purdys fault that Deebo and CMC are open like the doors from Walmart on a black Friday. He still has to make decisions and sometimes that ball has to come out pretty quick. It's also not his fault that Kittle, Deebo, CMC or Aiyuk can run another 30 yac ... but if they do, than he gave the ball to the right guy, right? And if it is so easy with all those weapons.... Jimmy didn't do what Brock does... Mullens didn't do it, CJ didn't do it....Purdy can read a defense and he also reacts to defense movement after the snap. He is only 23 years old. I am just happy that we have a real QB again.

They said that the plan against Hurts was to keep him in the pocket and make him pass from there versus forcefully trying to go for the sack. If he doesn’t play tonight, the Seahawks won’t have to worry about that part of the game plan. They can go after the back up as hard as they want.

That last Deebo touchdown gets even more sick when you look at where Purdy starts his throw, Deebo crosses the 15 yard line and Purdy already is going for the throw with the mindset "I'm going to drop this dime on the pylon where only my guy can get it", he does not have separation (it's actually pretty good coverage) it's just as you say indefensible only the receiver can get it only the receiver knows it's coming. It's something Aaron Rodgers used to do a lot on the Packers, if done right there is no defense for it dude is running at full speed then in an instance turns and the ball is right there.
