There are two really impressive things about that first play besides the O-line. One is 11 blocking all the way down the field. And the other one is if you notice, when McCaffrey finally gets tackled, Purdy is the first one there 🤣 I think he was trying to get in on the play too.
The irony of that double fake screen to the TE over the middle for TD was actually a play the 9ers ran with Kittle last year at Lumen Field. It made all of us 9er fans sick lmao

This game could have been much, much worse. The Hawks have invested a lot of captial into their secondary but its really bad. What you missed was Lick getting hit on one. Jackson stopping his route on another and the ball being hit by a defensive lineman on Locks second interception. You would know these things if you were really interested in knowing the game but your not. See the All 22
Geno would have been a better start in this game the way he extends plays and let's his playmaker receivers get open then drops dimes to them. Lock just throws it up for grabs. I think Geno is better. This game would have been way different had he started. Lock is a paper tiger and has too many flaws. Geno is playing lights out right now.
