She’s singing beautifully, and here I am just like, ‘ahhhh where’s the higher pitches and breathiness and-‘. I definitely think she has improved. Might be an unpopular opinion but I think this is easily one of her best tracks. The imagery is so well set up and I feel like more than ever the instrumentation is really bringing out the lyrics’ ideas. Also the modulation between the verse and chorus is so striking but it flows SO WELL. I love this
