You're purchase has probably arrived by the time I respond. I am very happy with the ball machine and the company. Had a small problem with the remote control shortly after delivery. The first replacement remote transmitter did not work. Then support sent another transmitter plus a new receiver. By luck, I did not need to replace the receiver. Otherwise, the machine has worked flawlessly averaging 6 -8 hours of operation in season. The TT2+Player has as many functions as any other tosser except for models from another company. However, that machine and replacement broke down 2 - 3 weeks after delivery. The only complaint that I have is that often a ball will jam the feeding mechanism when filled to capacity (150 balls).
