Greetings sister Anette Dor it's been a while i am still enjoying your videos and am sharing with all my fb friends who enjoy cooking. Great video and meal looks delicious..
Is it okay if you can make a video on how to make that left over chicken if that’s okay? Please as a person who is getting back to cooking her culture food and think like a 4yrs these videos have been amazing and helpful and has been very simple to recreate. I always tell people to dum it down to me like a 4yr old and I appreciate how you explain it all so much you have no idea.
@@dorannette26 do you know a Haitian store that I can get Epis I live in Eagle Lake and also are near Lakeland and trying to see where I can get it. I’m going to attempt three of your videos and they all require Epis and also thank you for all your videos.
It is sometimes hard to find green papaya unless you are at a Hispanic market or south east Asian area. Hispanics rarely use green papaya mainly ripe. That is why it is hard in Orlando! Mainly south east Asian uses green version in cooking.
Hi Annette That look very good it have all different ingredients but you need a bowl of rice 🍚 thank for sharing this food enjoy
😍This is my absolute favorite Haitian dish and you made it look so easy to make.

You will not find it in your local stores. You have to make it yourself. I have two videos up on my channel. It very simple to make!
Actually you can get sofrito in green at the Spanish store. Same thing to me green onions cilantro and all the good stuff in there
@@laurenantoine4336 … I’m sorry , Sofrito is no comparison to Haitian epis! The flavors are totally different!!
Thanks for sharing sister 👍👍
Hiii. I love your videos, they remind me of my grandma's cooking. Can you please make a video on how to make fufu? 🙏
Thanks hun!! Will do!
Hi Annette! With the beef, did you let it marinate at all or you just cooked it from fresh and added spices?
It all depends, sometimes I marinade and some times I don’t . It will depend on how hungry my family is, lol.
@@dorannette26 thank you lol 😂 I’m always trying to follow these recipes to a T
I’m gonna make this

Also do you have a recipe for the Haitian hot sauce?
I don’t have a recipe but I have a video on my channel on how to make it, the only thing I didn’t add carrots. Traditional we add carrots.
@@dorannette26 ok I will search it! Thanks so much
Good morning
