I love your ingenuity! I grew up dirt poor, and we would find old bikes, and go-cart frames, lawnmowers, etc., and we would cobble together some of the most hideous looking, but fun vehicles ever! You're only limited by your imagination! Love the covered wagon episodes!
All original work here, no chance of plagiarism. You provide a gem of a channel, I feel privileged to share in your endeavours, keep having fun, because your fun makes me smile.
Its ironic that you steal so many parts from so many different projects that you eventualy come full circle and the part you need that you stole turns up where you eventualy need it. Love it! Thats just my speed!
I’ve been watching this guy for a while. He must be a genius and he has a gift of thinking outside the box and finding solutions instead of excuses. Love this channel!!!!
That thing is too cool! One of these days I’d love to see a video on that other motorhome you have in the yard that looks to be 4x4. I’ve wanted to build or own some kind of 4x4 RV for years so that’s super interesting to me. 🚌
You and I would get along great. I also am a fix it type guy and make miracles happen from junk, was raised by a father like you and he refused to pay another man to work on his vehicles,Im a union carpentar now from my mothers side of family so no matter what the problem is,it's always fixable with enough inginuity and determination. Love the vids and everytime I sit down to watch one,I find myself back in the garage building cool stuff. Thanks for the videos and the drive that you give me to keep tinkering on things.
I am a Carpenter by trade, and wood turning became sort of a hobby. I wish I had known that having a Lathe run forward AND backwards, sometimes is a must have. (sanding stubborn woodgrain like cherry wood on a backward running lathe is a gamechanger!) If I ever would come to buy a metal Lathe, I def would search for one that runs both directions. This was a good example here! Cool Channel😎👌👍
This is one of my favorite vehicles you work on :D I love the original FC150 as it has such a unique look, but you've managed to make it even more unique :D
Ordered a tee (I was scrubbin anyplace I could find LBG before and always came up with nuthin, been wanting one of those shirts EVERY time I see James wearing it, got one on the way jumped on that as soon as I saw it) and this dude James was all over it, invoiced, packed and shipped very quickly (very impressive). This is a great channel and I don't mind spending a few to support and get a groovy tee to wear too. Thanks for the videos Buddy, job well done. I mean, good enough anyway.😀
You always make the coolest funnest vehicles! I am amazed at your resourceful and incentive ways that you create these amazing things. I can't get enough. Keep creating!
I Like the Jeep Conestoga, nice Job. I used to see those FWD control F/C Jeeps all over the Colville Indian reservation and to this day there are still parked jeeps there. 100's of them there.
A lap belt or two for the old lady and kid might be a good idea too. They don’t have much to hold on to on that side. I love the thing, what a fun trail wagon!😊
Your neighbour looking at you weird, he is the weird one. You have a normal outlook on vehicles and the brains to make them. Nothing weird about that. I wish I was your neighbour. Looking forward to more vids.
That's probably my favorite project of yours, it would be fun to try and make it look-like a real covered-wagon as much as possible,😉👍, great video, and thanks for sharing.
When I walked into that Bristol Virginia Walmart, I was greated by an approximately 75 year old Lady Greeter. She welcomed me with that slow, Southern Drawl, and seemed so genuinely kind and caring. I loved the accent ❤ I, with my Michigan (#MgoBlue) accent, replied, thank you, hi, and complimented her accent as she told me she never heard someone speak fast and clear and told my my deep voice belongs on radio. It's so educational. I'm sure you are hearing what I heard, and emjoyed.
l think the adverse of a cannonball run could be created here with a coast to coast run at a crawl rate. Limit vehicles to 1st granny gear like the old lnternationals that would crawl in 1st. Off road as much as possible. Gas mileage would be the goal. 15 mph limit on pavement. On X offroad would no doubt sponsor it. And if you have two 1/2'' pvc caps and a little pipe put them on the shifter.
Love your attitude. And your funky projects. And you have the ambition on a good level they makes obd think ”hey, I can do silly stuff like that too!” And probably you inspirerad people to build.. things. 😎
That's a super size Army mule 2.0, just need to monkey rig some articulating steering aparatus like the mule has for the fun of it if nothing else... For your wagon top find a big old smelly military surplus waxed canvas tent. like a mess tent, the thick stuff that you can grommet and draw tight without ripping, instead of that cheese cloth you got goin on there, if the tent is big enough you can use the extra for making some roll down side panels & front & rear flaps.Years ago I built a sheepherder style wagon on the flat bed of my 1941 chevy swb 1.5t , patched together the canvas top from some old heavy duty WW2 era canvas tent pieces that i sewn together & stretched over curved flat metal rib stays ,I cut the roof off my truck years ago because the gear noise from the straight cut trans and diff gears howling & echoing in the cab was too much to handle, plus i enjoy convertibles The drivetrain is all original with around 600k miles on the clock.Only mechanical change is a 1959 235cu straight 6. I had an old 50's teardrop camper on the back for many years before i made the sheepherder unit which was on the truck for 10 years or more, I've had the truck for 40 years now an its back to being a flatbed. Do you live in the high desert? From your videos it sure looks like my back yard in the high desert near the N/W border of Death Valley. I have a Superior 20' Motorhome with Dodge 413/727 auto running gear just like the one in your yard,, If interested in it give me a heads up, i like trading stuff for stuff. Anyway really enjoy your make do with do channel. Westward Ho, Lone Pine, Ca
Nice video. When you move the plate inside the distributor, you also change the timing when the rotor is aligned at Ignition wires. When you turn the entire destributor, this is not a issue. Br. Anders
Dig that body work James. And the repair to the canvas is fully approvable. Looks good too! In fact, I must be doing it right since I had a bit of fun watching this. My friend made it fun too, but she said not to tell anyone about that part.
It's funny I have the same problem with my neighbours I can hear them saying to themselves what is he making now lol yes bed rail angle line is so handy
Neighbors look at me funny sometimes, I don't know why. That has to be the quote of the episode! We actually have a Conestoga wagon, but all that is left is mostly the running gear.
Hay another Low buck production 🛠️👍 Great Sunday evening everyone. As we go into the Christmas season everyone remember everyone Jesus Christ is the answer. Through worst of times and the best of times have Jesus Christ in your life. ✝️🙏👍💪
"Neighbours look at me funny sometimes. I don't know why..." 🤣 That's why we love this channel!!

Man, this would be amazing for hay rides in the fall.
I’ve been watching this guy for a while. He must be a genius and he has a gift of thinking outside the box and finding solutions instead of excuses. Love this channel!!!!
Hahaha....you are spot on except that I think he thinks ...without ....a box!
Difficult to stop picturing You in a post-acopalictic, mad max like world😊😊😊
I can't imagine if there is anything this mechanic can't fix.
Those FC's are so dang cool that I don't know why you didn't fix that thing up, guess I'll have to watch some old videos
That thing is too cool! One of these days I’d love to see a video on that other motorhome you have in the yard that looks to be 4x4. I’ve wanted to build or own some kind of 4x4 RV for years so that’s super interesting to me. 🚌

Another awesome job, James. Your ingenuity and resourcefulness never cease to amaze me.
Reminds me of the days I cobbled together my old 1966 Dodge Fargo. Loved that old truck.
The 4x4 covered wagon is too cool!! It's like a giant M-274 Mule!
Doing your own work for fun sure beats doing someone else's job for money.
looks awesome, be fun to put your foot into it
Those extractors work great. I have a set named EX Out
Personally, this is one of my favorites. The old J10 is my other favorite. I just love this thing, it's something I would build myself also :)
Insanely creative and funny deserving of way more subs.
Your ability to adapt anything at hand into something usable is amazing.
Just brilliant!
Love the out of the box ingenuity. Also love how you can do more with a Sawsall than anyone else with a plasma cutter.

I have never had good experiences with tarps that crunch and crack when stepped on
This is one of my favorite vehicles you work on :D I love the original FC150 as it has such a unique look, but you've managed to make it even more unique :D
That trick with the paint stick was brilliant
‚If you don’t have fun you’re doing it wrong‘. I really love this sentence. Thanks for the entertainment.

This channel is always a pleasure to watch 🥳
Thanks from Amsterdam
Delighted to see the return of the covered wagon. Wishing you some happy trails!
"Neighbors look at me funny sometimes... I don't know why....."🤔

This covered wagon reminds me of WWI era trucks. I absolutely love how it looks!
That's probably my favorite project of yours, it would be fun to try and make it look-like a real covered-wagon as much as possible,😉👍, great video, and thanks for sharing.
The Mad Doctor of YT, I could watch your vids all day. Keep it up!
As always, fun, educational, informative and VERY entertaining!
At first I thought it was a Jeffreys Quad Track replica.
When I walked into that Bristol Virginia Walmart, I was greated by an approximately 75 year old Lady Greeter.

Amazing.
Thats a great rig ! better now with brakes fenders and a tune Kudos !
I think your neighbors look at you and wish they could build something unique too !
That was great! This is in my top 5 favorite channels, and there are literally millions!
And just like that, the wagon's back, mint👍🏻
So cool! I had glimpsed that vehicle before, and thought it was one of those Vietnam era "mules". Now I see how much bigger it is.....
Great video I’m using your videos as an excuse to save all my scrap metal and useful pieces.👍👏🤞🙏
Im going to tell my kids this is how the pioneers got across the country.
Damn this channel is pure entertainment. Love it
I swear your one of the most creative people on you tube keep up the fun and great work from Colorado springs
I always look forward to new uploads.
Love these videos , such an unappreciated channel
Truly inspirational. I love all the scrape that gets a second chance.

It is amazing how your brain works. You are a master of solutions with dry humor. I like it!
It's startin to look like a real vehicle Uncle Jed, we ain't never had one of them before!
You sure fixed that little red wagon. Brother you are a genius! 😊
Greetings from Germany... we love your content ❤

The One Wheel Thrill Wagon rides again!
Nice lovely little thing for putting avout the desert.
The content is great. I can’t help it to hear his voice and think of cave Johnson
Looks like an old Military Mule M274!!!
Which I think is one of the coolest military rigs! I want one so bad, this may inspire me to make my own!
Yer, that was fun. 😊 I think you need to get some more mesh to finish the front floor.
Cheers
This is the project that caught my eye and got me to subscribe. Glad it’s back!
I say big win with you. Keep up the great work.
This channel always puts me in a good mood, thanks Low-Buck Garage. 😄👍
Ought to see if you can find some old carousel horses and weld a yolk to mount them on out front to make it look like they’re pulling you.
Excellent video Glenn :) I like how fix up all parts series to and so cool to watch for sure 👍 also keep going on this project to when can !
Good.job. wagon cool Nice show 👍👍👏👏👏👏
First found this channel at the start of the bus rebuild. Looks like I've missed alot of other "stuff" 😂
"One snapped a little bit"😂
That’s a win for sure!👍 👍
Nice video. When you move the plate inside the distributor, you also change the timing when the rotor is aligned at Ignition wires. When you turn the entire destributor, this is not a issue. Br. Anders

Neighbors look at me funny sometimes, I don't know why. That has to be the quote of the episode! We actually have a Conestoga wagon, but all that is left is mostly the running gear.
You need some sort of overhead cover for the front seating area. Maybe a canopy or something rigid like an old C-cab shape.
Hay another Low buck production 🛠️👍 Great Sunday evening everyone. As we go into the Christmas season everyone remember everyone Jesus Christ is the answer. Through worst of times and the best of times have Jesus Christ in your life. ✝️🙏👍💪
