Very nice restoration! The way the front of the core support was blacked out was not done OEM, but was a nice detail touch. Just needed the bullet tailpipe tips, and the Air Grabber. The look of that pistol grip emphasized performance...love it! Now a 4.10 rear gear would change the complexion of this fine piece dramatically, for sure!
71's are pretty rare.

They are not Bee tail lights
sure hate to be a stickler but that's a 72, or 72 taillights and valance, 70 had 2 per side, unless that's some sort of rare blackout option, i know they had all kind of that , black bumpers or paint matched instead of chrome, rubber or plastic filler strips, I didn't know you could add 3 per side lenses? what I know bout em fits in a thimble... lol . . maybe its a 72 added or is there a story on this?
weird cuz a 72 had those 5 indent things just forward of the doors, scoops kinda louver jobbys whatever you call em maybe those are rally options hale maybe the 3 per side is a rally option for 71?
