Every child deserves to feel at home. The House to Home series is a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into critical home accessibility modifications for families with children with disabilities...and the transformation that takes place to help them feel more at home.
In Episode 3, you'll meet Georgia. Georgia is a sweet young girl who lives with her older sister and parents.
Georgia was in need of some modifications to her bathroom for more accessibility and to make bath time safer for her and her caregivers. Georgia also received assistance from Hensel Phelps Construction to create a concrete ramp with an accessible front porch, paved driveway, and concrete pad & ramp in the backyard.

Georgia is my grand-daughter. We are so thankful to Tucker's House, Hensel Phelps, and everyone else involved in making her home life more mobile and safe for her. The joy on her face when she first used the ramps and concrete pad to move around unhindered was amazing to see. The new bathroom is a huge blessing fr the whole family.
It's so exciting to see Georgia feel more independent with her home modifications. We're grateful for the partners and the community that came together to make this life lasting impact!
