Mike Maloney said that due to the rise in gold price, china is telling citizens to buy silver due to lower entry prices . Anyone else hearing this ? I’m sure a couple million chinese stackers will be welcomed to our community.
Gains on silver much bigger now than gold. Silver will follow gold in crises time. 15-1 or even 10-1.
It's kind of a dumb argument because you can by smaller amounts of gold, like grams, no one needs to buy a whole oz if they don't have that much money. That said, Silver is probably the better buy anyway just because it's got more room to run, but if you need to be mobile with your stash, gold is by far the better buy, both are better than paper currency of course.
Also...since 2024 India has allowed citizens or anyone there to purshase and import Silver through 3rd party dealers.
Before 2024, India could only purchase & import through their India banks which restricted Silver imports (banks were not allowing small purchases or fast).
India now has 5x Silver imports 2024 vs. 2023 now. In first 2 months 2024 India imported nearly as much silver as in total 2023 !

Question; when we use the term " Exchange Stabilization Fund" , what form of monetary instrument is this? An account with x amount of physical cash on hand or bond instruments, stock holdings, precious metals or a combination of it all?
