With gold and #silver rallying while there's been a selloff in the bond market, today Dr. Jim Willie checks in to share his view on what's happening.
Jim talks about how Japan is selling US treasuries, which has added to the pressure in the debt market. Meanwhile, the Fed continues walking an increasingly fine line of balancing whether to cut or raise interest rates, as inflation has continued to run at higher than desired rates.

Fiat requires debt and credit expansion, and inflation is the result. When debt and credit are required to keep the monetaty system alive, inflation catches fire. To keep inflation at bay, you need higher interest rates. Higher interest rates reduce credit, and reduced credit kills economic growth. We are at the beginning of the end.

We have been in a Depression for over a year, the recession was in 2022.
Japan used to have the third largest economy, not which the fourth largest due to the yen. so they have to sell dollars to get gold. Third, thank you this will pop up the currency and stop their inflation.
