Thank you, doctor Christian for making this video, also went through the list of sources you linked, very very informative!
most of the material on early signs of autism is based on the observations of parents, probably because health care practitioners would want to wait till the baby is older to diagnose. However, I also know that risk increases if one sibling is already on the spectrum so looking for those early signs and possibly early intervening can get the child the maximum benefit of the therapies and rehabilitation. Thanks again 😀

      Hi Fatima,
First up, thank you for the suggestion. I think I might dig a little deeper into the autism side of things as well.
You are exactly right - a lot is based on parent observations and practitioner suspicion. Knowing what to look for is a huge benefit for practitioners, and as you say, early appropriate management might be able to provide that little head start in life!
I very much liked your suggestion - any others?
      Christian

.@@AskDrChristian yes more autism videos would be great! Especially the genetics and role of inheritance in it, and what studies have shown in that area.
Also, another topic suggestion is shaken baby syndrome. My friend is absolutely terrified of leaving her 3 months old baby with older siblings. How serious is it and could it occur just from a single head bounce or two.
Thank you for your educational videos and for being open to suggestions appreciate it
