Hi there! First up - I am very sorry about the really delayed response. Secondly - how old is your bub? I'm not a fan of those kinds of answers as I think so often other potential things going on will be missed as its just "purple crying"... If you would like to discuss more please email askdrchristian@gmail.com and I can help from there.
My daughter at 10 months old cried for 24hours with little rest in between. Took her to the hospital and she had pneumonia :(. I’m glad I listened to my gut and knew something wasn’t right and seemed medical help.
Hi there Fatima, Firstly, thank you for your wonderful comment, that is very kind of you. Secondly, that is a FANTASTIC suggestion. So good I'm going to bump what I was working on and do this next!! Would you mind if I quoted your message (I'll take your name/image out) in that video? Hope you have a great day ahead :) Christian
My baby has been crying since we arrived from hospital I also was told is normal and that it is purple crying period. i do still feel nervious about itr😢
Hi there - and sorry about the delayed response. When in doubt, listen to what your gut is telling you. Purple crying annoys me a bit as I feel its a bit of a "well... we know its nothing too serious so it can't be too much of a problem lets just give it time". Babies can cry because of discomfort - how was your birthing?
Hi there Anastasiya, Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about your concerns with your bub! This is where location can be very challenging. I wish I could do more for you but I'm sorry I can't provide techniques or methods on how to correct what is going on as every person is so unique it would be almost negligent to provide it! If you are concerned, raise your concerns with a local health professional and see if there is a musculoskeletal therapist who may be able to provide further input. Again, I'm sorry I can only provide limited help here!
If your baby needs cosmetic surgery, I would definitely be discussing these questions with the surgeon. I don't perform surgery so I'm sorry again but I couldn't answer you with confidence!
My baby is crying a lot at certain times today he cried all day and won’t sleep we have been told he is purple crying or being over feed
