Best decision i ever made in my life was to move to Spain! Viva España!
Me too. From the Sierra Navada.
Lived in Torremolinos for a Year. Andalucia is one of my most favorite places in the world. Paella, gazpacho, sangria, tapas and beautiful baileras rousing the crowd with flamenco. Amo Espana. Amo los gentes del pais. Viva Andalucia!
Loved it so much I moved here, 15 years now. 6 or 7 visits across Cantabria, Asturias, Galicia and León I made a trip down south. I saw almost all of Andalucía in 4 months and decided to buy a house and stay. I live inland Costa Del Sol but work in Marbella. I must say I love it most of the time especially my hobbies of hiking and outdoor photography which are incredible experiences. I absolutely love the North though and if I didn't have to work I would be living there near Los Picos De Europa 💕
Wow!! I love the option you made. :)
Me dio ganas de visitar a Andalucía. Pareceme rica de historia, cultura y gastronomía. ❤ Saludos desde Brasil. 🇪🇸 🇧🇷
Lived there for 18 years with a Spanish wife, we adored it. Thanks, Raymond e colgate, y Maria Pilar Gomez Alcedo colgate,, now her ashes are in Medina Andalusia. We lived in Chiclana de la Frontera
O
Last night I watched European Christmas and I was ready to go to Germany to shop for truffles tonight I’ve been watching this one and now I want to go to Spain thank you Rick Steves great shows
I like their culture.... some day I will visit you Spain
Hermosa Andalucia...unica , muy esoecial....espero recorrer tus calles alguna vez...
I live in the UK, But Southern Spain is definitely where I’d like to live! I hope I do get to move there some day 😍
It's amazing here, just as long as you can handle the summer heat.
All the best from the Sierra Navada.
Oh thank you! It’s still a dream of mine to this day! It just looks like paradise compared to other places. 😊
@@rickyrickardo4913 it's incredible. Hope you get your dream one day.
I lived in the UK for 40 odd years.
I couldn't again.
I don't mean offence by this, but I am so happy here in Andalucia I can't imagine leaving.
The UK depressed me.
Thank you so much. It’s mainly the bad weather here all year round that’s getting me down a bit lol. I’m determined to move down there some day. Glad you managed too. Wish me luck! 😊❤️
@@rickyrickardo4913 Yeah, good luck, for sure.
I would recommend a visit in July August.
Just because from June to September the shade temperatures here are up in the mid to late 40s⁰C and humidity is high.
Some can't cope with it.
I for example tend to take this time off work as it is to physically demanding during these months.
Winter time where I am gets the opposite, rain, winds and snow here in the mountains.
It is definitely one extreme to another.
Anyway, all the best and hope you can make it here as it's incredibly beautiful.
Here I'm an hour away from skiing or half hour to the beach.
Couldn't be better really.
Arrived here by accident and just decided to apply for residency and stayed.
I have always enjoyed Rick Steves journeys on PBS. Very educational and uplifting
Oh man. This place looks incredible. I’m heading to Sevilla in 3 days and I can’t wait.
how was your trip?
Hello Salah, i hope you truly enjoyed your time in Sevilla & Southern Spain. Did you get a chance to visit Granada? It's so beautiful & i really love all things architecturally Moorish there. The stunning flora and fauna, the forts, historic buildings, the sun, the food, the general culture. An amazing country & i'd even say, is still quite underrated unfort. Take care. Peace
Thank you so much Mr Rick estive your program is amazing people can't afford to go tourist they have chance to see different beautiful places around the word cause of your program
Wow!
I must visit Al-andalus to see alhamra palace.
The Spanish are very lucky, they live in a very beautiful land ❤️

I've been watching Rick since I was a kid. God bless
Te voy a extrañar Andalucía y sobretodo el baile en frente al mirador del Alhambra con la música súper gipsy #priceless ☺️💙💃🏻🇪🇸

Dude same. I have discovered Rick for the first time a week ago and I feel like I stumbled upon a gem. I'm lucky I've never seen his docus before so now I can binge in Quarantine, it's the only thing making me feel sane. Hope Rick and all of us can travel soon enough.
it is wonderful to watch these documentaries of rick steves...
I lived in southern SPAIN in July, 1969 because my husband was stationed in the NAVY there. I did like it, staying 4 months. I was happy there and could have stayed much longer. I took SPANISH in high school two years and tried to converse with them. I would go back and see what changed. I would learn SPANISH better.
Love andalusia 😍😍😍
Andalus =Andalusia =الأندلس
اخر ما تبقى لنا من الاندلس هو حفاظها على اسمها الاصلي
Love ❤️ from India 🇮🇳🇪🇸
I appreciate Mr.Steves in his human presentation of the story of Al-Andalus(/arabic/The land of Vandals) whereas many tend to ignore those committed intolerances and brutalities of the past
For the last three years I have been psychologically bharrassed morning,. Noon and night with ,5 men and a woman cursing, swearing and the staff women here in office on firstfloor say ,
Andalusia is so beautiful. Especially Sevilla and Ronda. I love Churros con chocolate
And Granada
Enjoyed this video very much. Beautiful country. Wonderful architecture and friendly people.
Estoy enamorado con Andalucia y Espana en general
Tal vez alquien puede decirme como dificil es hacer trabajo para geologo? Industria del petroleo y el gas, parques nacionales, instituciones cientificas? Tengo la oportunidad?
+Croata Chileno Hola Croata Chileno.
What an awesome video, very educative, such an elegant language that respected every religion and even minorities. Thank you
