    In case you cant tell, this isnt about Jesus at all. Its just a business using His name. One day, He will flip the stage like He did the tables and judge those who use Him just to get fame and fortune.

      Interesting hypothesis. Can you provide evidence for this so we can be enlightened to your perspective?

    • @guitarandotherthings6090
      @guitarandotherthings6090 Год назад

      @mikehines14 Look with your eyes, its no different than a secular music tour. This is just a professional production for profit.

    • @mikehines14
      @mikehines14 Год назад +2

      @@guitarandotherthings6090 I understand what you believe to be true, but can you give any sort of evidence to substantiate your claim?

    • @ke6gwf
      @ke6gwf Год назад

      @@guitarandotherthings6090 to start with, is it wrong for a ministry to charge for training, for instance, should Seminary be free to all?
      Secondly, other than free will offerings, how is this creating profit for Bethel?
      All the church services are available to watch for free, and a lot of the conference videos end up getting posted by Bethel or by the speaker on their own channel etc.
      Yes, merchandise is sold, but do you expect anyone else to give books and such away for free?
      And third, do you think that God is honored by anything LESS than a professional production?
      I am a tech director, and the biggest church that I served at had no budget for equipment or staff, and so I set up a 4 camera broadcast system using begged and borrowed pro SD cameras and streamed it through my personal laptop, but I trained my people to be professional and strive for perfection, because we were representing God and the Gospel to the world.
      I got to sit in with the Bethel team recently, and I am highly impressed with the spirit of the team, and how Jesse and the other leaders have created an atmosphere to glorify God and bless as many people as possible, and they are just as vital to the Ministry as the people on the platform, because without the professional Production Team, the people on the platform would only be able to bless and teach 600 people at a time in the room, instead of millions of people across the world.
      So if they invest a lot of money into the tech, and a tiny bit into tech crew salaries ;), it's because it creates a thousand-fold increase in the ability of Bethel to reach the world.
      And this particular channel is specifically designed to help people like me improve the tech ministries at other churches, and help them move from barely being able to hear the sermons with lots of feedback, to having transparent and well implemented technology support, so that technology is a blessing not a curse, and other churches can also increase their impact and reach more hearts for Jesus.
      5thly, technology is neutral. It is neither good nor evil, kind of like a light bulb.
      And if the music tours have spend all the money to experiment and research on the most effective way to use technology, and they share that knowledge, then if you want the best, of course you are going to look a lot like a concert tour, because you are using the same technology.
      It's kind of like how a soup kitchen is going to look just like a fancy restaurant kitchen, because the needs are the same.

      All I see in this video are people who are passionate about what they do and using their talents and gifting to do things at a high caliber to advance the kingdom and to tell the story about what the Lord is doing.
      Just because they have more expensive equipment than you do, doesn’t mean they’re doing it for profit. It simply means they are blessed and they care about what they do.
