It sounds like this isn't going to a customer but ending up in a project/build instead which limits some concerns about changing the physical properties from the heat. That being the case, I'd look into something like a small lab/pottery kiln. Given the low thremal mass, you could stack up a quantity of blanks and pull them out before stamping, load more in, close the lid, stamp and repeat. I'd be willing to bet that a kiln with a PID controller would be cheaper to build and probably operate while giving much more uniform results.
