2020 Honda Civic Type-R (FK8) Review (and facelift changes walkthrough)

- My review of the 2020 Honda Civic Type-R (FK8 model) including a walkthrough of all the minor changes due in the facelift model (which is due towards the end of 2020). During the course of my review, I took this car to Scotland to do the infamous North Coast 500 (which is a 500 mile loop of the northern coast, with some amazing driving roads). My time with this car resulted in a touch under 1,700 miles in a week, so you can bet that I got to know it very well!

Helpful review for someone like myself considering a used one of these. Quite a few other rivals though so a tough choice!
I bought a Type R in July Black
I'm up to 2300 miles I just love it such fun
I have no niggles with any of this car
Looks AWSOME remember ITS a hot hatch (hot hatch of the year 2020)
When you look at it you just know its going to be fun to drive ☺

The facelift changes look good, but they're relatively minor. You've had 2,300 fun miles in your car instead of waiting!

I had the 2019 Type R, i had issues with it to be honest it went back for a few recalls and had black trim turning white, also had issue with ride comfort for a daly driver sold it and got a GLA 45 AMG which believe it or not cost less money, i think these cars are getting rare now days when i was selling it it only lasted a week and got my asking price. my personal opinion is that it is an amazing weekend driver and track tool but day to day it can be bit much if comfort is important to you.
