As a Pacers fan living in Indiana, I think he is perfect fit for their run & gun style. There already have some isolation players (could always us another one) but don't really need one at this time. Could use more defense though! Hope he comes along quickly and am excited for the future of this team!!!
@@jackblight6677do you live in the states or are there some Pacers fans just chilling in Australia? I’m an Indiana boy born and bred, so I’ve always been aware of the pacers even before I liked basketball.
Aussies in the NBA are only getting better and more popular. My cousin is still not 18 but is in Canberra right now on his own road to the NBA. Choices like Josh and Johnny give me great hope for our Aussie boys and not to mention to our young kids who live and breathe basketball in this fine country of ours.
Would have been much nicer in LA. , New York, Miami, Boston, even Memphis as a place to live. Who the heck wants to live in Indianapolis? He'll need another year at least to get stronger. Would hope he plays mainly in G League next year to get lots of playing time. Wish him well, looks a talent.
In 2022 Memphis had the highest crime rates of any city in America. Their crime rate was over 300% higher than the national average and had exceptionally high violent crime rates so yeah great place to live.
NewYork with all the trash and rats with astronamical housing prices. Then LA with all the looting and bumbs just wondering around you have lost your mind buddy
pacers fans are happy to have furphy on the team! lets go!

This kid should’ve been taken top 20. Pacers got a steal
Aussies always play with grit
True Aussie way. Not typical American fat slow yelling at the ref's way

Furphy for 3….
He has to go on Front Bar for obvious reasons
Australia has a ESPN 😂
Yeah we also have free healthcare and education..strict gun laws and high wages so why wouldn’t we have ESPN. 😊

😂😂I guarantee this kid will love Indy. Big city with small town vibes that loves Basketball. Can’t believe you said Memphis, that’s like Benghazi.
