Enrique Freeman is Scottie Pippen esque. Dudes gonna be in the rotation by Christmas.

Enrique seems interesting. Someone that went from a walk-on to getting a contract in the NBA. You know he's going to be working on his game in order to stay in the league. Look at the positive side. Rick Carlisle loves to play those later round picks over his early round picks.

Perfect draft year to find a diamond in the rough from a small school.

As a fellow Aussie i love the Johnny Furphy pick, he won’t disappoint. Plus he’s got some intriguing size.

Front office has been drafting well so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Newton was drafted to be TJs replacement. They needed to grab a center in case Myles doesnt extend next summer but they must be confident they will and there wasnt a replacement level center considering where they picked.

Watched Freeman play a lot, he’s legit. Solid rotation guy for years to come. Go Zips!

Rick Carlisle is an overrated coach. He lost several games in the playoffs because of his coaching.

I think Newton is a Nembhard replacement when they package him for another all-star caliber player.

Rudy Fernandez is a good comp for Furphy. Seems to be a good fit with the uptempo offense.

I believe furphy will be playing a year from now. We need his size at 3 position. 6 ft 9 solid shooter athletic. If he's really a first round guy he shouldn't have to develop for years.

Problem with these 19 year old kids is judging which ones love basketball and which ones are in it for the payday and lifestyle. Furphy and Walker both fit that bill imo. It's why I can't get hyped for kids. Very few Ants and Mathurins out there.

The pacers aren’t gonna get lucky again and face teams decimated by injuries. I can’t wait til they face the bucks or the Knicks in the playoffs, and get the everloving shit kicked outta them. It’s gonna be hilarious 😆

This genius said 23 is a little old... 🤔😕 The average person who goes to a 4 year university will be 23-24 when they graduate. The expectation you guys put on these athletes is just as bad as making young women think they have to be a size 4 in order to be beautiful. It's ridiculous to suggest that 23 is old.

    • @tyjohnson9974

23 is old for a rookie in the NBA.

    • @fastbreakreport

For an NBA rookie the oldest you can be is like 24 my guy and when you consider most NBA prospects are 18-21 year old "One and done" guys. Yes 23 is old for an NBA rookie.

@@fastbreakreport Yes, it's that way because the made that way! It discouraging these young athletes from completing their education. I understand exactly how it works, but it doesn't make it right!
