Try this Dua morning and night: “O Allah, I take refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, greediness and cowardice, from being overcome by debt and from being over powered by men” I also need to read this dua regularly so alhamdullilah for the indirect reminder💕
This surah changed my life.
Here is my story
I did memorized some Surah (like this one) but I never took time to focus on translations and understanding.
In past I was involved in a huge Private Sin (I could share but I think its better if I keep it Private) and I was getting tired of repeating that sin again and again as soon I tried to leave that sin I still fall for that again. Just 3 months ago I started to watch some Islamic lectures and reels etc. And also watch stories of the Revert Muslim which really fascinated me about my religion but at the same time as a born Muslim I feel ashamed at myself. I also heard their stories of how their dua got accepted by Allah and how they saw a difference in their life. And I asked to myself. "These people have just reverted as a Muslim from different religion they themselves can feel the difference when they took Shadah and make dua.
I as born Muslim I also did many duas in my life but why I don't feel like its answered? why I don't feel emotion in Quran. If 5 Salah can really make THIS big difference then lemme try"
And This invoked me to take 5 Salah seriously. I did a sincere Tauba from my sin and started Salah as this will help me to distact myself from the private sin that I used to do at night
Few Days passed and Alhamdullilah I got the habit of praying 5 times a day.
But there were times when I felt like I don't see any difference why my dua are not accepted even after praying all 5 Salah and also reading Quran.
I used to listen to some random scholar and they were very harsh on private sins which always made me feel very guilt about it and regretted of my past sin. And I always had this negative thought that maybe Allah is still angry on me on my past sin which is my my dua are not getting accepted. And it made me fell into depression.
Then one night I took time to open Quran and just focus on Translation only to those Surah that I used to read in Salah.
And this Surah made me emotional My eyes were balled with tears. I have read many other translation of Surah but Surah Duha. It effected me so hard that I can't explain. It felt like Allah is talking to me through Quran.
Then for my interest I read stories about how it was revealed to Prophet Muhammad and I was suprised to find out that even he (the most beloved messenger to Allah) felt the same thing what I was feeling. I find it so relatable.
This made Surah Duha one of my fav Surah and and it gave me HOPE to not lose in mercy of Allah and helped to move on from my past sin
Sooner or later on I was able to see some of my dua getting answered. I was able to see the difference in my life and I can't explain the happiness. Alhamdullilah
This Surah is very helpful for depression, difficulties and hardships in our life.

MasyaAllah. I know how you feel, few years ago I was also drawn to this surah alone without knowing the translation. Then i read the translation and could feel a sense of understanding but through the explanation in this video, I finally pieced my doubts together. This surah is beautiful, the Quran is beautiful, Alhamdulillah. Happy to hear this in the comments.

Even though I was born a Muslim i have recently discovered this surah. I started listening to it when i was going through a rough time and feeling extremely anxious this surah is what calmed me down. Even right now i feel so alone and worthless because I've been abandoned by my family ( not physically but emotionally) I'm listening to this surah and it has brought me so much peace that no matter what happens Allah is never going to leave me alone and He will always be here with me. People leave but Allah doesn't. He will always be here with me❤ that's enough for me. I'd like to make a request to everyone, if you see this please make a dua for me. It will mean a lot.

My fav surah. I cry on the 3ed and 4th line of the surah. Everytime i would become stress i would pray 2 rakaat and would recite this surah . I love this surah a lot.

To those who consider Islam a true religion with Muhammad as a prophet of God, I invite you to examine the following observations about the Quran attributed to Muhammad.
Assess these facts and draw your own conclusions:
Muhammad drawn inspiration from various ancient civilizations and the Old Testament. For instance, ancient Greek philosophers, like Anaximander and Anaximenes, proposed ideas connecting Earth and the heavens, suggesting shapes and arrangements similar to those later found in the Quran.
The Sumerians, who lived in ancient Mesopotamia, one of the world's earliest civilizations, had a creation myth known as the "Enuma Elish." The Enuma Elish is a Babylonian epic that describes the creation of the world, the gods, and the rise of the chief god Marduk to supremacy. While the Enuma Elish is a Babylonian composition, the cultural and religious influences of the Sumerians played a significant role in shaping the myth.
The story of creation in Sumerians Enuma Elish begins with the primordial waters.
Quran:
- “He is the One Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days1-and His Throne was upon the waters” Quran 11:7
After Marduk's victory, he decides to create the world from Tiamat's body. He splits her carcass into two parts, forming the heavens and the earth. Marduk then organizes the cosmos, appoints the gods to their respective roles, and creates humanity to serve the gods.
The belief that everything originated from water is associated with the ancient Greek philosopher Thales. Thales of Miletus, who lived around 624-546 BCE, was one of the Seven Sages of Greece and is often considered one of the first philosophers in Western history.
Quran:
- “Do the disbelievers not realize that the heavens and earth were ˹once˺ one mass then We split them apart? And We created from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?” Quran 21:30
In Genesis, the first chapter states that God created the heavens and the earth and the water in the beginning. God said, "Let there be a vault between the waters to separate water from water" (Genesis 1:6).
Quran:
- “He merges the two bodies of ˹fresh and salt˺ water,
yet between them is a barrier they never cross.” Quran 55- 18 and 19
The Quranic verses expressing these ideas prompted skeptical reactions from Arabs, who challenged Muhammad by suggesting the similarity to ancient fables. They claimed the ability to produce similar narratives if desired.
“Whenever Our revelations are recited to them, they challenge ˹you˺, “We have already heard ˹the recitation˺. If we wanted, we could have easily produced something similar. This ˹Quran˺ is nothing but ancient fables!” Quran 8:31
Muhammad was unable to refute their claim over 14 years in Mekkah and found no other way other than waging a war against them after he migrated to Yathrib.
Therefore Muhammad argument for his prophethood failed using reason and evidence.

اهدي لذاكر هذا الذي لم يذاكر بجدية وحق ولاعلاقة له بالمذاكرة الصادقة الحقة سورة بمثل سُوَر قُرآنه ،،،،، سورة الفاضحة ،، (( الفاضحة ، ماالفاضحة ، وماادراك ماالفاضحة ، ، هي رسالة لاصحاب الرؤوس الناطحة ، جَهلٌ فيهُم وعُقمٌ طارحة ، لايَعون ولايَدركون بَل هم كالانعام السّارحة ، يُسمّون انفسهم بالموحّدين وهُم للشياطينِ ساجدة ، ويتخذونَ من لقيطٍ نبياً وهو سارقٌ وبلااخلاقٍ ناصحة ، هؤلاءِ كالحم،ير بَل هم اعقَل منهم واكثر نابغة ))
