It all depends on the condition i bought mine with 200000 miles on it but it looks like someone already replaced the engine on it because there were no leaks around but the c1500 platform is a solid platform in my opinion just do your homework look all around the engine check for any noises and leaks 92k miles seems really low for a vehicle that old
