A Binaural Beat is composed of two different frequencies, one being played to the left, the other to the right ear. Our brain picks up on the frequency difference and is entrained to that frequency, which subjectively produces the consciousness states associated with this brainwave frequency.
For full effect use headphones. You can also combine these Binaural Beats with other Music, Podcasts, Videos by letting it play in the background.
The Hz in the title always refers to the difference between the two frequencies and never to the frequency of the audio itself. A Binaural Beat of 20Hz means there are two tones playing, creating a difference of 20Hz (For example 100Hz on the left ear and 120Hz on the right ear).

It's binaural, which means that this frequency is the difference between two speakers. For example left 105 hz and tight 105.5 hz.

maan, 0.5 hz should be like a discrete wave which is observable by ear. it should have 1 punch in second. it's a scam. there are much more hz.
It's 0.5Hz DIFFERENCE between what your left ear and right ear. Who knows what frequency you are supposed to hear in each ear, but there should be a difference of 0.5Hz.

There are 2 Frequencies. One is ... I think it could be like a 50Hz Sine-Wave. And this Wave change the Volume-Level in 0.5Hz-Steps. So it can manipulate ur mood and u get lucky ;)
I understand your confusion, but it’s not what you think it is, 1hz means I beep per second, and this my friend is 0.5 per second, in theory the human can only hear 20 hertz-20000hertz pitch wise but this doesn’t have to do with pitch, the pitch is much higher, but it still does .5 clicks per second
It’s playing two frequencies and ur brain compensates - like 2hz one ear and 1.5hz in other.
Is this legit and actually playing .5? Doubt it. Pre sure after 20 - 60 min, ur mind compensates and it is no longer effective
