    sound is loud and clear. what's a good rep range, I can 5 reps per leg and I watch other videos recommending 15-20 reps, seems so high. thanks

      High reps is good if you’re training for something like crossfit. But for mobility and control I would work slower and less reps 👍

    Paul, what do you think about Ido Portal's approach? Have you ever been to any workshop?

      I learnt a lot from Ido back in 2014 from Online Coaching and an internship. I then decided to work with some other coaches that specialised in the areas I was interested in.
