I love that you don't seem to over plan there is something organic and free about your approach that feels much more inviting to me than some approaches. Beautiful piece and beautiful artist.

I am also a wood carver. I find that most people don't realize how difficult, how much time, the expense in tools it takes to create a peace. Your videos help show that, and galleries want a big portion of the sale. Thank you for sharing.

I have multiple friends and family members who do wood working and I grew up with hand carved pieces in my home. The amount of detail in this piece is still simply astounding to me. Wonderful work!

thanks. I have experience in woodcarving for over 10 years. but the most important thing is to always experiment and make the most complex projects. I have acquaintances with wood carvers who have 30 years of experience and they can’t cut anything except ornament, they just stand still in development.

This is just gorgeous wow. U sure know how to work it. I think a place like Chicago art museum or major college like Harvard would be interested in stuff. Even private collectors not just in the United states would want this and have u create more. U know perhaps the Catholics would want to hire u. U have to reach out to them it can't be someone else. Your young and have a specific style in your work. Very pretty. Classy. Good luck to you and your family. We r only limited by our own imagination. Ur skills are above the norm. What a blessing to watch u in action.

Can you tell me how thick the oak panel that you are carving and it approximate height and width? Also, do you have a guide as to how deeply you can safely carve without compromising the panel's strength? You work is beautiful and I hope to try to make my own version of this carving as I am a hobbyist carver in the States.

Very beautiful art work. Thank you for sharing/showing the usage of tools and cut techniques. You are a real master who fascinates and encourage me to work with wood :). NB, when I was a child, I had a friend who had the same last name like you :)

    • @oleksandrhrytsaiwoodcarvin1051

I put a depth gauge on the drill, the video shows that there is a piece of wood on the drill. After drilling, I level the area with a chisel
