@@rupman27isback This is the story based on Judd Crandall’s experiences from the book - the prequel to Pet Sematary. There’s so much more to this story that wasn’t included in any of the three films. I have high hopes for it and I have been wanting this so long! If they went by the book, there’s so much really good creepy material there they shouldn’t be able to go wrong.
Hope it'll satisfied our needs alright, Stephen Kings Pet Sematary book fans. The previous trailer was also very promising but the film was very weak unfortunately. Probably the book always stays the most satisfying. I have to admit that Michael C. Hall audiobook is terrific.
I hope they have the scene from the book where Timmy is just staring at the sun, his eyes all fucked up, laughing, letting the demon inside him talk a bunch of shit about all the other people standing around the backyard with him. Heh heh. That’d be cool.
YES! And Hanratty The Bull who was mean before he died was carried over the deadfall and up the stone steps by his owner, alone and the way the old ragman led Judd into the woods and up to the Micmac burial grounds and during the whole time he was walking and climbing it seemed he wasn’t quite sure if he was still following the ragman or if he was following a Micmac native as it seemed like the old ragman had changed in the moonlight... so much haunting imagery to explore!
