Console logging is how I've rolled but only because debugging tools with RN have typically been horrible to support or setup, or become deprecated. I'm so glad we've got breakpoint support now, especially if I can also see state and such.
Great video Simon I got access to it today only, It look so cool I tried to run it on a old project I am currently working on, but it didn't worked. Can't wait to try it on a fresh project
Love this! Just signed up for the Beta. Hoping to get access sometime soon. I really like using Storybook for building components in isolation as well. Curious to see if preview for React Native IDE is meant to be an alternative.
That is really cool, thank you for the video. The codebase you open ,is it part of an upcoming video clone video you will publish , or its something you won't share.
Breakpoints all day. Coming from C++ and C# dev work to webdev, losing breakpoints has been one of the worst changes. Hopefully this works well for me. Many vscode integrations have been flaky in the past.
I'm excited about this. I recently delved into React native and my experience so far has not been satisfactory especially in comparison to my web experience.
Would this work on a windows machine? Because that’s the only thing that I would understand would be the benefit of this IDE. Otherwise what’s the point of it if I’m already using a Mac.

there is no repository on github, I clicked on link given in installlation instructions but there was no repo there,
click to inspect element is just crazy!
this tool will change RN developer life !
how to different xcode scheme? It's always pointed to a default scheme.
The 'React Native IDE' extension is not available in Visual Studio Code for Windows 64 bit. Error
Cursor is incredible, I'd say 50% of my codebase is written by cursor
If this run ios simulator on windows system this will help a lot??
No. You need a Xcode anyway
Console logs lover here 🤘🏼
This is not good simon , now i want thing very badly , i am addicted to react native devlopment 😢
