That mom is sick. She got the nerve to say that the daughter is holding on to something from 30 years ago and she needs help…. But that mom has had issues long before her daughter was conceived and she definitely needs to seek help. I wouldn’t want a relationship with her at all. She’s nasty. She’s sick. I feel really bad for that daughter. I can see her mom has childhood trauma, but we are living in modern times where she should at least understand how speaking that way to your kid is damaging & unacceptable! No matter how upset ive been with my child, the things she says to her daughter, those thoughts dont even pop into my brain. Also, my mom is 1st gen country side korean lady, & i got whacked & cussed out in korean all the time lol. My mom actually is a great woman, but i know she came from a very different & difficult life & had a lot of stress. However, I never do that to my kid. (& shes mellowed out a whole bunch & theres more good about her than bad).
According to the mom she isn't traumatized. She said she was never bothered about how her mom treated her.

Some of us Millennials are really going through it with our parents. It seems like some of our parents just copied everything they’ve gone through with their parents and project it on us. Who the heck is Karamo? I have NEVER seen another talk show host get to the root of the matter like he does. He uses the right tone, the body language, he's empathetic & not hasty to judge. I've been watching him for a long time, and I was sure he was going to remove her from the stage but he peeled back the layers even on this onion. Hopefully, this mother /daughter relationship is restored and thrives, but I don't believe mom is being genuine....LOL
