Kiyo ki mera sapna h ki mujhe kisi bhi AIIMS se hi mbbs karni h but mujhe 12th me malum nahi tha ki AIIMS eligibility criteria neet se alag hota h aab mujhe malum chal h to Mera sapna tut gaya h es liye aap mujhe bataya ki me NMC Par OR AIIMS par kese kaise faile kau plz sir
