    I've watched a few of your videos on creating marble effects, they are very beautiful, I want to restore an old bass drum shell from the 1930s that had light cream green and olive green, that's what was on it originally, unfortunately another alot of the paint was worn down. Now it needs to be restored.
    It is a drum shell 24 "in diameter and 12 "width.
    What kind of paints do you use, and have you ever tried it on a cylindrical surface? I would greatly appreciate any advice from you, your work is breathtaking. Thank you so much, you are a very gifted artist. ❤

    • @ShannonGibsonArtDesigns
      @ShannonGibsonArtDesigns  7 месяцев назад +1

      Hi, I haven't tried it on a cylinder surface, but you can use acrylic paint on most surfaces. You would need to use resin for the application or seal it with a spray varnish to protect the design. I suggest practicing on another surface before proceeding. Many artists pour on guitars and other objects, and it turns out fabulous. I'm glad you enjoy my work! 🙂 Have fun!
