2nd Trumpet here: This song is absolute gas. Very fun to play
This arrangement is better than all of the last season.
😂
Playing this in band for our spring concert, I play baritone. The part at the beginning for baritone it amazing. I'm so exited
Baritones 4 life
I play bassoon and this is The best
We're playing it too! 1st Clarinet for me tho!
@@moi976 ooh me too :))
Same only i play trombone
Listening to this reminds me of why I do music. I'm a horn player. In 9th grade, I picked up saxophone for about 4 months and I got really at it good somehow. But, listening to this reminds me of why I quit saxophone to stick with French horn. I really like the sound of the saxophone. It is unlike any other instrument and is in a class of it's own. Its sound is heavenly but when I hear good horn playing, I feel euphoric. To me, the horn is the most beautiful instrument. It can produce any emotion. Happiness, grief, sadness, or heroic. 3:30 is amazing. I've been playing French horn for about 5 years now and it is so rewarding. I've made the county orchestra, the high school symphonic band, middle school honor band, pit orchestra, middle school and wind ensemble. I have even won the outsanding band musican award apon graduating 9th grade, which is awarded to one 9th grader every year. No shame but I cried in happiness, remembering the sheer hours of practice that I grinded out. In middle school (grades 7-9), I made the honor band every year. I made second chair in seventh grade of the 6 that were inducted. I was the only seventh grader in the horn section, and yet I was sitting next to the section leader. The music was really hard for me though. I was used to playing really easy concert band music in regular band. The music was probably two grades above what I usually played. Nevertheless, I tried. I wanted to quit after the first rehearsal. My mom encouraged me to stick with it though. And so I did. I mastered the music with a few hours of practice. I was able to finish honor band with full mastery of the difficult music. I was later that year invited to join the wind ensemble in my middle school which mainly consisted of 9th graders. I didn't really want to do it, but again, my mom encouraged me to. I ended up doing it. I know now that if I had not listened to my mom, I would deeply regret it. I built a legacy apon myself by doing these things. In 9th grade, at the adjudication for wind ensemble, my 1 other section mate who was a seventh grader and I received a horn section award. In all three years of doing wind ensemble(I got in every year), not one horn section award was given out, except for that one that now stands proud in my middle school. It all comes down to hard work guys. We were a 2 player section, underdogs, but got the bread nevertheless. Remember what I am about to tell you...
If you are a musician, please listen to what I am about to say: First, you have to find the instrument that is right for you. Don't pick the trumpet because your best friend did, or violin because everyone else did. Don't be afraid to be unique. From 6th grade to 9th grade (including), I was the only horn player in my grade. (There were many more in the other grades and throughout the district). But hell with it, your instrument is the instrument you love. You must take every opportunity that is given to you, and if not, create them. Make the other band members know your name. When honor band audition day comes around, and you have practiced the music for hours and mastered every atom of it, and you do your audition and the others hear your playing, walk out of the audition room, stare them in the eyes, and see the fear in theirs.
I am a horn player to. In grade 7 I got moved up to grade 8 band, being one of the only french horns.
firstly how do you only have one like, secondly i like what you say about being unique. i am a bass trombone player
yes! I play horn aswell- (8th grade) It is such a b e a u t i f u l instrument. to anyone questioning to what instrument they should play, i recommend french horn!
I play saxophone, and I love it nonetheless
quand tu as vu la série et que tu joues ce morceau tu as des frissons partout du début à la fin😍 (je joue de la clarinette)
I play clarinet as well and I’m so excited to play this oeice
4:15 is hands down the BEST part. When you're a clarinetist playing the part before somewhat alone, and 4:15 happens when everyone comes in and pats you on the back, playing with their instruments: "I got you."
feel ya, love me and my clarinet!
This is how I feel every time I have a solo as the only First Clarinet
I played this song in band last year and it was my favorite song.I played clarinet :)
I need of partiture
Wich clarinet
Clarinets 😍😍😍😍😍
Burning wood

trumpets are better. there is nothing you can say to convince me otherwise
I might be biased, as I'm a Clarinet player, but I've always felt like we never get the love that Trumpets do.
@@cyanprint001 thats because you clarinets dont care
Game of Thrones is my favourite TV show and this music is the best on this world!
Amen
General Dummdumm have to disagree with you and say that the original six Star Wars movies have better music
General Dummdumm John williams is a legend
@@justincarabante2807 those are so overrated! The music is fantastic though.
Absolutely wonderful! A proof that not only strings can make it sound good
I played this, counting stars, epic, scorpion, the incredibles, and another song dedicated to my band teachers friend I love playing his
Playing for our spring concert and I love it
The Rains of Castamere😍😍😍
I love this piece, especially the clarinet (my instrument) parts. My band is playing this for the next concert.
I love this
Lovely..as always
Clarinets were killing it
M Otis Well everyone sounded real good. I myself play clarinet (but bass clarinet is my concert band instrument) so I know a good clarinet section when I hear one👍 trombones did really good in the first part I’d have to say
Yup
Literally?
@@myatran781 thank youuuu (i play 1st trombone and we played this back in the spring)
Yessss
Clarinets 😍😍❤
Preach
We just got this piece for the band my son and I play in - he's the clarinetist of the family - he was stoked to play this!
trumpet better xd ;)
Slayyyyy (I play clarinet)
I love the sound of euphonium inside so much!
Perfect medley
I really love the clarinet part!❤❤
Ah just in time for thd new season.
Playin the theme song for my Winter concert. Abit tricky but it’s really good🤣🤣
I haven't seen a single comment about a flute :') guess I'll be the first. Yes I am a flute, this song is so beautiful and I love it. I kinda want to start watching Game Of Thrones now too heh.
I haven't seen this show either but the music is so cool. My son gets to enjoy the clarinet part, I'll be okay with my flute part. Yay flutes!
the show is great right until the last season, but i would still 100% recommend watching it, if u dont mind a bad ending
greetings from a fellow flute :D
*Muito bom*
Tubas!!!! Freakin awesome part!!
#trumpets
Yes bassoon finally
THAT'S WHAT I WAS THINKING!! bassoons always get the boring parts and we get a soliii yayyyy
Good music
Now I wish I played the clarinet
Hehe I play it
Haha I play clarinet
Edit: that wasn’t me being snobby btw
Hal Leonard, you should do an arrangement of Westworld.
They don't compose them, they just post them.
Playing this in band for winter concert I play timpani
Same! The roll on D at like 120 or so is out of my pitch and it's the one solo, kinda sucks. There is a lot to it which is nice, timpani does a fair bit. Edit: actually it's measure 158-9 but no one cares
when euphonium has an important part xD
@Isaac Destura Euphoniums all the way!!!!!
like they always have an important part😂
J H ya😂🤣😅
Since when dont they? Euphoniums, trombone, and Tenor Sax make up the meat of the sound. Euphonium is the lowest sounding of the 3 tho so it tends to have more important parts while bones tend to have lots of melodies. Tenor’s just kind of do our own thing tho with parts from all over.
5:17 gotta be my fav part as a flute player😍
😍😍😍
👏👏👏👏
❤❤❤❤

I’m sorry but the Game of Thrones main theme arrangement by Frank Bernaert is for me better because of it is more majestic and powerful than this version. I especially appreciate the percussion part in the two versions however, as a percussionist.
this is probably best suited to younger bands.
I have listen both versions; this one and the one from Frank Benhaert. They both are excellent. However the Frank Benhaert’s arrangement is more captivating with some distinct percussions and the drums are far more powerful with a play of deep strong hit . The way I listened to it is through a sound bar system link to the tv on a volume 50/100. There one can perceive a huge difference. .
Saying that I haven’t watched Game Of Thrones yet though I’ve got the entire series to the last &recent episode. Booo!!!
Alguien podría pasar este arreglo?
Quero as partituras de musica. Como conseguir?
Where`s House Stark?
man they really screwed the trombones over in this score didn’t they
Lol my band doesn't have a baritone so lucky me as a trombone player
As another bone player, I must agree, and it makes me sad.
does anyone know how many beaats per minute?
Beginning is 172, down to 116 at 1:49, then to 92 at 3:30, up to 148 at 4:40 and stays there the rest of the song
trumpets rocked at 2:56!
Yeet
yeet
when It started I thought it was the annoying ads of a game
***Ramin Djawadi
Bells played a wrong note at 0:39
Yes. The note sounded very out of place and I had to listen again.
My only complaint with this is that the Tenor Sax and Bassoon didn't play out more at 2:43. I mean if your gonna be the only instruments playing that part at that time then you might as well play it out some. And then at 2:56 tenor is the only one playing it. so even more reason to push out, eh, these guys know what they are doing so I cant really complain about this
.
Woww this sound just like the theme from World of Warcraft. Not very interesting or challenging music to play I think.
Stefan Sigfinnsson correct just fun
I’d say interesting if played with proper dynamics
