Since gnomes are usually statues that ward away dark spirits, perhaps Skuntle was instead lured to one (our main mystery man) and, of course, accepted extreme power at the price of his physical form and mental health rapidly decaying. To the point where when the Fun Gang reach him, he's hardly able to spit normal sentences out of his mouth, and since his mind is almost gone, he uses extremely stupid and impractical spells, but since he's so powerful, those spells that would normally be useless, are amplified to the point of an actual utility. Either or, funny gnome guy goes boingo doo time.
I now accept this as canon

Whoever this character is, I certainly see where he's coming from. He's, clearly, a shattered garden gnome. Which is a pretty good idea for Deltarune.
His name is Scuntle Bingoid from Scuntle Bingoid's Adventure, Toby Motherfucking Fox used the soundfont from this game to make No More Nuzzles. (Of which the song in the video is a cover of.)

This is easily the best and worst song in the mod. Best in terms of concept. Worst in terms of being cursed as all hell. I love how this mod is basically becoming an archive for Deltarune Related Memes and Characters of all sorts. Now we need a Prunsel and Salt Route Song.

I love the fact that with each song Susie gets to sing more, Susie has the best vocals in my opinion. I know in my way exists but, there is a subtle difference that just hits just right.

Hey I have a small tip, instead of using invisible notes, use the play animation event, you will have to add a animation event with the idle if there arent any notes right after, this way the notes dont glow from the invisible notes
PlayAnimation has no sustain notes.

The song is amazing and just the small detail on the health bar when ralsei and kris turn its turquoise a combination of green and blue
You can tell he's just having fun because of his movements, sounds and the fact he doesn't even bother to get them down all the way to losing

Okay, 2 things, one, amazing update, love everything including the fact that Seem has a unique sprite for missing an eye, and two, I just noticed that the stage for the Ragdoll-Chaos theme is called "society", nice.
Other than that, I want to complement your charting style on songs like Ragdoll-Chaos and Goner, it flows really well!

Me when I see the sky turn red on November 22, 2023 in California after I finally free Skuntle Bingoid from his captivating binds, forcing me to seal him back into the hell he first emerged from in an epic battle that would be told through legends for generations to come.
I too quite enjoyed the personality traits and overall character of Deltarune Chapter 7s secret boss only accessed via figuring out the lore of Toby Fox's past work, being the EarthBound Halloween Hack.

An odd detail that I really like is how in songs with the delta heroes all on the same team is that Susie takes turns all to herself while Kris and Ralsei sometimes share turns, as signified by Susie’s icon always being solo and Kris and Ralsei’s icons being together

Omnidapt voices ralsei and mike (as seen in the credits) and im pretty sure susies are just jaspers from steven universe and kris's sfx are pulled from deltarune
