Why has the Bank of England frozen interest rates?

- For the first time in nearly two years the Bank of England has frozen interest rates.

After 14 increases in a row the rates now remain at 5.25 percent. Despite today's decision mortgage rates are still at a 15 year high.

The government has really called things more difficult for its citizens, and we can't sit back and bear all the consequences of the bad governance. It's obvious we are headed for hyperinflation,it is always the poor who take the hit.

Yep and we only have a wealth of about 3 trillion so we're pretty much done for this is the start of the UK's fall unless the government have some kind of magic potion to get rid of their mistakes.

6.7% interest rates is hardly hyperinflation. It's definitely bad, but it's nothing close to the 60% inflation in turkey
