This is my favorite part of the hobby. Collectors all over the world becoming friends and helping each other reach goals. This was just the positive vibe I needed. Be well.
Looking forward for your new series! It's been said many times before, but the legacy collection was a great line of figures. With the added bonus of the build a droid pieces
What a fantastic haul of figures there! I love The Legacy Collection figures with some obscure SW characters and the card back as a clean trooper helmet; got my thirst for more figures!
Nice haul! I can confirm that it is difficult to find much of anything in collector shops in the U.S. these days. I visit as many as I can all across the country (mostly in the Midwest) and while it has always been hard to find anything from the Legacy Collection, now it's hard to find anything that isn't common or any vintage carded figures that are in good condition. A shop in Chicago I visit used to have tons of grails both carded and loose, now they only have like 5 carded vintage figures and common loose figures.
Thank you Bossk for this amazing aspect of this video- Rum Sleg…I cannot believe I forgot this figure even existed even though my coll main focus is Tatooine!! Also, Rum Sleg was a character I was fixated about while rewatching every scene of The Phantom Menace back in College, the movie that triggered my SW collecting. What a pleasant surprise to be reacquainted with this forgotten must buy figure in my list!
That Bossk is a stunner 🔥🔥 Rum Sleg is a great figure for the Cantina, was looking at him myself but too pricey as you said mate. With his spaceman helmet it reminds of the other 2 spacemen in the Cantina - be great if Hasbro gave us them as a 2 pack and they can re-use the yellow spacesuit for a new Bossk🙏🏻👍
The Legacy Collection had so many good and fun figures in it. And the build-a-droid gimmick was probably one of the best gimmicks Hasbro did in terms of pack-ins (I remember some figures at the time coming with boxes full of extra weapons too). Kinda makes you wonder what Hasbro was even thinking when they did those weird looking odd constructions with the TFA line. The Jawa with Treadwell Droid is really good and would be a deluxe figure if released by Hasbro today. I always liked the random background alien figures, Rum Sleg will look great in your cantina i'm sure. The concept art Ki-Adi-Mundi would probably fit very well in the cantina too, he doesn't look much like a jedi anyways so he could probably pass for some space pirate.
Congrats on the Bossk. I have all of Legacy and it seems like just a couple months ago I was collecting them all. Hard to believe it's been 16 years already. Great time period.
Nice pick ups BB! Question - does the legacy collection with the blue packaging and the legacy collection with the red packaging - are they the same like do they mix the build a droids ?
Your own Return To Tatooine? That's a great idea. I understand not wanting to wait too long. I've been getting some custom figures and some new Jabbas for my personal Return To Tatooine! :)
Great content as always Tim! It’s fun filling in gaps. I just picked up a loose Janus Greejatus (one of the Emperors advisors). The figure is from like 2003, but looks perfectly fine standing with theEmperor. Of course, TVC is nearly my soul focus, but there are so many cool figures in 3.75, it’s still fun to hunt them down!
The space trooper actually ties into Tatooine! Played by Joe Johnston, SW designer, illustrator, etc. Who would go on to be a director. That figure’s face belongs to a key designer for ANH and the OT😂🎉
Hello Bossk's Bounty, you collected a great group. I keep forgetting that you started colllecting TVC only. I've been collecting since 1995 and have all those figures in two, one to open and the other to keep in the card.
HEY BB!!! Awesome batch of figures u got there! I just returned from Orlando this week and like u I was hoping to find some figures from older waves. I've found an incredible place full of Star Wars action figures called ACME. I've always wanted to visit an authentic comic book shop in the US. This one didn't disappoint me. Amazing range of lines there from OG, prequels and sequels as well. Really recommend for your next holiday there. Needless to say I spent some money there :D
I did the same to get the BAF Dark Trooper. It was expensive, like $270 on aftermarket for the 5/6 pieces. But worth it, it's one of my favorite pieces in my collection.
Oh oh oh Bossk do you have a P.O. box of sorts? Fan mail? I'd love to hand pick something from Harrison's comics in Salem, MA? No money involved it would just be cool to see you receive a new figure
Hi BB That was an impressive pick ups show. I have a suggestion to flank the Emperor hologram from the scene in Cartoon Clone Wars Darth Tyranus/ Count Dooku with Asajj Ventress battle after the Battle pit fight.
They were saying they were going to pipeline lukes family at celebration. So hopefully it will happen. The guy sidious was talking to in that scene was named lot dodd.

Wow, amazing pick-ups, Tim!

Good pick ups Tim! Believe that the hologram is also flanked by Rune Khaano.
Seeing all those legacy collection figures makes me wish I collect more of those figures back then.

Nice pick ups, Tim! It's a lot of fun hunting these older figures and helps keep the hobby interesting. Looking forward to your Return to Tatooine!
Great haul and that Bossk is very cool 😎

I love that concept Ki-Adi figure. I head swapped him and a spare Rum Sleg to make a couple of background mercenaries.

Thanks, I have him too, with the other dignitary - cool figures
Been looking to pick up that R5 lately. Jealous but happy for you Bossk!!
Would love to see all your astromechs together in a video at some point! compare and share over the years kind of thing!

Great haul 💪😎 I was searching eBay while watching this video 🤣

Yeah I wasn’t collecting from around 2005 to 2013. Family commitments.
I Love the Red Legacy collection! Brett ? Brett on Fett? Nice haul ❤

That is a belter of a Bossk to add to your collection. Just Beautiful.

Hey man. Thank you. Yes I have a PO Box address in my description of my videos.
"Hasbro is doing a return to Tatooine in 2025, I can't wait that long" I feel you.

That coat on Owen!? :) I am so glad they are making better cloaks, capes and coats these days.
Looking forward to opening it and finding out lol
lol those build a figs from any line are so frustrating. Good grabs tho!

That grievous concept has posing issues. I have it, it takes an hour to get him to stand.

Build a Droid HK-47 is thousand times better than the new release
