If we could get that in the main line, then a full size U Wing, Vader's Advanced Tie, Rancor, Dewback and Bantha could be done in the TVC line without needing a Haslab.

Yep, that's why they fully committed to it. It's simply a bonus that they will be able to now milk an extra release or two from it. As for the 2 years ago thing, Favreau had S4 already written, which is why it was pushed to be a movie instead.
Been asking for a U-Wing remake since the original released when Rogue One was in theatres. Side gun with sliding doors and a carded Bistan (space monkey) would be awesome!
I remember seeing the original U Wing for the 3.75 inch line. I was thinking how puny it was, it could only fit one pilot. The U Wing was suppose to be a troop transporter craft, you couldn't even put a cache of troops on board. I passed on that poorly, cheaply constructed vehicle. I'm still waiting for a much improved larger version that I know Hasbro is capable of making.
One thing I'd like to see for a possible U-Wing Haslab would be swappable panels for the exterior, since Cassian's U-Wing and the Blue Squadron ones on Scarif have different color schemes!

The missing images from your checklist look to be the "Escape from Order 66" 4-pk and the "E-Wing with KE4-N4." QFNW: I recently realized how much more accurate the new Thrawn from Ahsoka would be had they used VC307 Count Dooku with slight modifications. The over all body shape is the same and the height as well. What are your thoughts on this idea? Thanks, Adam

For the scene question, we are already getting them; it’s the carded packs like the goons and escape from order 66, which is the way that we should have them! Could you imagine velken and squidhead coming out in a boring white box. Hopefully get a carded Enoch, Antilles, and tusken chief!
I liked the pipeline reveals for it gets my hopes up wane they reveal ones on my list and I hope we get more from Empire strike back like Ozzel and captain Needa and maybe a rebel general
Yeah, I liked them because it kept me interested/engaged during the long dry spells between announcements/reveals. With less of them i can simply tune out and forget all about this line until mid year and end of year when everything actually ships. I suspect one reason as to why they're scaling back on pipelines is because there will be less releases to announce going forward due to the cuts.

After some perusal on your checklist, I am sure the answer is the E-Wing with Astromech KE4-N4 that is missing the images. Pretty sure some people are now currently receiving it too. With that being said my QFNW is droid related and in two parts; Firstly what is your favourite droid in TVC and why, then secondly, what is your number one droid that hasn't been made yet in TVC that you would like Hasbro to include in the line? My favourite is K2SO and not made yet would definitely be the Mouse Catcher Droid from The Book of Boba Fett I thought he was awesome and worthy of his own show! Anyway before this question gets too long I'll see you on the next one!

Morning Bossk, great video as always, QFNW: I’ve seen that customers in the US have been able to get their hands on the E-wing through the Disney store before all the people who pre-ordered receive theirs. What do you think about that? Personally, I think the E-wing and Boba’s Throne room were a kind of a “mini-Haslab” experiment(?) - preorders are used to fund the tooling and also guarantee you get a set (unlimited pre-orders). I think that those people supporting these preorders should be rewarded by getting them in hand first. Then by all means release it to the wider public afterwards. Thanks.
Hi BB, hope you and your family are all Tim? MY question for this week is how do you TVC moving forward in the future in terms of packing,haslabs and four packs? I would like to see them do four related name characters on their own cards and all in one box,a bit like they did for the different clone troopers. Maybe they could do one box every time they do a new wave and call it the collectors box and be priced between £40-£50 pounds?? For example you could have Han and Luke in stormtrooper disguise with Leia and a chewy or obi wan so you have a few figures for a small diaram, or so you can display in small groups,or pairs. Or you could have the emperor, Darth Vader, Luke and Obi wan and add a four pack of stormtroopers to make a scene. The carded collectors could keep them on card,new collectors could scene build quickly with a group of figures and they could be done for all the different films or media's?? I think it would be great for the canteena, bounty hunters,jabba palace or skiff, anything?? What do you think??

QFNW : Hasbro has recently announced two reissues (Dr. Evazan, Aurra Sing) using different cardbacks as the original cardback used in TVC 1.0. Prieviously, the reissues in TVC 2.0 have always used the same cardbacks as the one used in TVC 1.0. What do you think about it ? Is it better to change the cardback for a reissue or not ? QFNW: I thought the barbell hips were a recent advancement in tooling for the 1/18 scale, but after going back to older Marvel 3.75" lines from a decade ago it turns out its existed for a while. Even in recent history you can see that DC figures have been doing this, but it feels like a very recent thing for TVC and Star Wars. Was TVC actually really delayed in taking this step forward and is there a reason for it, or am I missing something? Thanks! I asked about a Endor Rebel Soldier 4 pack and a Gamorrean 4 pack at the booth at MCM, the answer I got implied it was unlikley at this time due to how expensive the Rebel Endor troopers would be to produce since they all look so different. Apparently the Tusken 4 pack from BOBF was very expensive to make due to all the soft goods. I suggested a 4 pack of two ROTJ Gamorreans and two of the bare chest BOBF versions, again it was stated those would be expensive to produce and may not be cost effective

Hi Bossk, Another fantastic video, and I want to express my gratitude once again for all your contributions to the community. Found some of the missing picks for 2023/2024 * E-Wing with KE4-N4 * Separated card for (includes VC292 - The Mandalorian) * Separated card for (VC289 -The Mandalorian) * Escape from Order 66 - 4 pack QFNW, since the Ghost is set to ship in December, do you think Hasbro should release the Phantom 1 alongside it? The best-case scenario would be to include it with Ezra’s first season or maybe Sabine’s first season, as they already have the tooling for her. On another note, instead of using the large deluxe-size cards, why don’t they opt for the carbonized version of the cards that are thicker? They could then wrap the cards with the DELUXE FIGURE naming. This way, they can maintain the same size while showcasing a difference from regular figures.
Another cool Q&A. From what I can tell the missing images should be the E-Wing with KE4-N4. Heres my question for next week's video. Do you personally think the A-Wing will finally get a release in The Vintage Collection soon? Seeing as it was even featured in Rebels they could possibly release another version of it including Hera or something similar down the line if they made one.
Congrats on 30k! QFNW: What are your thoughts on the structure of the current Ghostbusters Ecto-1 Haslab, which has no tier unlocks and a 45 day campaign to fund? Do you think this is the way Haslabs should be structured going forward, with maybe a standard and deluxe release, but with no tier unlocks? Also, do you feel a bit slighted by the longer window, when the Cantina Haslab had a shorter campaign, and if it had gone longer it would have unlocked Arliel Schous?

You are right about the cards and there are only Tvc collectors that collect to get the figure on card but the commander Cody of rots will sell to others and there many others that will buy more than 1

Howdy Bossk! Congrats on the upcoming subscriber milestone! QFNW: I loved your worst to first deluxe boxes video. As you said, the deluxe boxes are gone and Hasbro has switched to the larger cardbacks. One of the benefits of the boxes, was that it allowed for large accessories to be packed in (examples: e-web cannon and the dark trooper panels). Could Hasbro fit these accessories in a bubble? If not, then what is your opinion on the best format to release these larger accessories? My concern is that Hasbro will stray away from the accessories that truly made these figures deluxe. P.S. I think Cobb vanth is missing 😊
Hey BB, I think you’re missing the E-Wing image (E-Wing with KE4-N4). QFNW: is there a figure or vehicle that you skipped at retail because it was too expensive, but then you ended up paying more for on the secondary market? I had that happen with a different toy line, and the figure was reissued a week later.
Hi Tim, QFNW: With the "Return to Tatooine" theme coming in 2025, I assume we will get many figures from Tatooine coming next year. The question is, will it be limited to A New Hope line up? Since all the revealed and pipelined figures are mostly from ANH. Do you think they will extend the line up to Tatooine theme like Return of the Jedi, Phantom Menace & The Book of Boba Fett? Podracers and an extend of Jabba's throne playset would be lovely. Thanks and MTFBWY!

With the Mando & Grogu movie incoming in 2026, do you think Hasbro will take advantage of a large scale cinematic release and either plump out the volume of figures for a "Force Friday" type launch OR potentially launch a separate range to run alongside VC. Seems a good opportunity for a bit of a reset to take advantage of the return to big screen hype. Probably wishful thinking but interested on your thoughts on what it might do to the VC releases generally.

Yeah, I think they could get away with Howler reuse to make one version of a Lothwolf, not all of them were humongous like the one Ezra rode. There were a few different sizes.

QFNW: I was a big fan of the Star Wars Visions short "The Village Bride" that came out three years ago now. I especially loved the design of the main character. I would have love to see an action figure of her. Here is my question: do you think there is even the slightest hope that we will ever see a VC figure from Star Wars Visions ? I am sadly unsure the show is popular enough to ever see that happen...
Great video as always Bossk, I noticed you don't have the images for the escape from order 66 4 pack on your website.....also, question for next week.....custom figure makers such as myself, toys are the way and others tend to work out what body parts work on different characters, do you think Hasbro should/could work with custom building collectors in order to work out what new figures they could make by kit bashing? I know they do re use parts in this way, but Hasbro are sometimes well off the mark, aldhani cassian andors lower legs/boots being a prime example when they could have used other more accurate boots/lower legs. Image missing seems to be the Escape from order 66 4 pack. My question is: As a relatively new Vintage Collection collector (12 months), what do you think are the essential TVC01 figures that won't get a re-release?
So to qualify I need to also ask a question for next week so why in your oppinion why as the pike solider not been pipe lined or released to this point? It has been in book of boba fett, mandalorian and so forth and is no brained army builder so how has hasbro missed the boat?
QFNW: As much as I want Hasbro to release Arleil Schous, I also think that if they do release him, it could set a risky precedent. In future HasLab campaigns, some collectors might believe that exclusive figures (both in the base offering and in the tiers) will eventually be released anyway, despite Hasbro staff's 'no future plans for it' warnings. This could make collectors less motivated to support the campaigns. Maybe Hasbro and the HasLab team have a similar view from a business standpoint. What do you think? Looks like you're missing the carded Salacious Crumb that came with Jabba this year. QFNW - what are your thoughts on swivel hips still being in the line? I think they're a bit controversial these days and some people think they should be totally nixed. Personally, I think they're still okay on straight repacks like the Skiff Guards and Evazan, and I'm even okay with Aurra Sing. But if they brought back something like Episode 1 Obi-Wan with swivel hips it would be pretty unforgivable. And also they definitely shouldn't develop any new figures with swivel hips (or the old ball-jointed style for that matter).

Someone told me they heard sometime in December. Basically Haslab had a tear and a half to get it to us, a long time, but well worth the wait hopefully.
Is it order 66 pack? (Ahsoka plus droids edited to be clearer lol) I did also notice a couple of others, the remnant scout from the speeder doesn't have a card shot. But i also noticed Mando missing from Razorcrest (pre 2024 lol) and no expanded pictures for the Shriek hawks under order 66.. lol It's a cool list though and loads faster than Galatic figures does i might switch to using it for chasing down current figures! (i'll leave my Q in a follow up reply so its easier to screenshot if you use it)
Q for next week : How do you feel about the miscoloured action figures, Prime example is Han solo in Hoth gear and his Brown coast looking Blue and having figures produced of it.. but also his jacket which looks blue in some locations in the film. Recently somebody dug out a legit Solo coat used in the Bespin scenes and in person it seems to be light grey and not even the black we have on figures. Is it more important to have the colour the item seems to be in the film, or the proper colour and do you think these off colours are just great options for exclusives?
Greetings BB! It looks like you listed the Amazon Escape from Order 66 4-pack, but no image... QFNW, after rewatching the live stream last night (I had to duck out early), you ended the stream with concerns regarding the future of TVC. While I certainly hope we have more than 5 years of TVC to look forward to, it is distressing to see Hasbro cutting so many corners with paint deco in the most recent releases. I feel like the peak of 3.75" collecting was during the Legacy era, when Hasbro wasn't spread across so many Star Wars lines. We had huge waves of figures with truly deep-cut characters ranging from obscure background characters to multiple variations of main characters from both the Prequel and OT eras, as well as animated and Expanded Universe lines. Now, we have not only Black Series, but the Epic Heroes line all competing for fan dollars. This is all a long winded way of saying (apologies for that), do you think the fan community is more divided than it has been in the past and could that be a factor in why we're seeing TVC downgrading now?

I remember seeing the original U Wing for the 3.75 inch line. I was thinking how puny it was, it could only fit one pilot. The U Wing was suppose to be a troop transporter craft, you couldn't even put a cache of troops on board. I passed on that poorly, cheaply constructed vehicle. I'm still waiting for a much improved larger version that I know Hasbro is capable of making.
One thing I'd like to see for a possible U-Wing Haslab would be swappable panels for the exterior, since Cassian's U-Wing and the Blue Squadron ones on Scarif have different color schemes!

QFNW: I recently realized how much more accurate the new Thrawn from Ahsoka would be had they used VC307 Count Dooku with slight modifications. The over all body shape is the same and the height as well. What are your thoughts on this idea? Thanks, Adam

For the scene question, we are already getting them; it’s the carded packs like the goons and escape from order 66, which is the way that we should have them! Could you imagine velken and squidhead coming out in a boring white box. Hopefully get a carded Enoch, Antilles, and tusken chief!
I liked the pipeline reveals for it gets my hopes up wane they reveal ones on my list and I hope we get more from Empire strike back like Ozzel and captain Needa and maybe a rebel general
Yeah, I liked them because it kept me interested/engaged during the long dry spells between announcements/reveals. With less of them i can simply tune out and forget all about this line until mid year and end of year when everything actually ships.
I suspect one reason as to why they're scaling back on pipelines is because there will be less releases to announce going forward due to the cuts.

First of all what an awesome episode Tim well done! now lets get to that 30k!!! After some perusal on your checklist, I am sure the answer is the E-Wing with Astromech KE4-N4 that is missing the images. Pretty sure some people are now currently receiving it too.
With that being said my QFNW is droid related and in two parts;
Firstly what is your favourite droid in TVC and why, then secondly, what is your number one droid that hasn't been made yet in TVC that you would like Hasbro to include in the line?
My favourite is K2SO and not made yet would definitely be the Mouse Catcher Droid from The Book of Boba Fett I thought he was awesome and worthy of his own show!

Morning Bossk, great video as always, QFNW: I’ve seen that customers in the US have been able to get their hands on the E-wing through the Disney store before all the people who pre-ordered receive theirs. What do you think about that? Personally, I think the E-wing and Boba’s Throne room were a kind of a “mini-Haslab” experiment(?) - preorders are used to fund the tooling and also guarantee you get a set (unlimited pre-orders). I think that those people supporting these preorders should be rewarded by getting them in hand first. Then by all means release it to the wider public afterwards. Thanks.
Hi BB, hope you and your family are all Tim? MY question for this week is how do you TVC moving forward in the future in terms of packing,haslabs and four packs? I would like to see them do four related name characters on their own cards and all in one box,a bit like they did for the different clone troopers. Maybe they could do one box every time they do a new wave and call it the collectors box and be priced between £40-£50 pounds?? For example you could have Han and Luke in stormtrooper disguise with Leia and a chewy or obi wan so you have a few figures for a small diaram, or so you can display in small groups,or pairs. Or you could have the emperor, Darth Vader, Luke and Obi wan and add a four pack of stormtroopers to make a scene. The carded collectors could keep them on card,new collectors could scene build quickly with a group of figures and they could be done for all the different films or media's?? I think it would be great for the canteena, bounty hunters,jabba palace or skiff, anything?? What do you think??

QFNW : Hasbro has recently announced two reissues (Dr. Evazan, Aurra Sing) using different cardbacks as the original cardback used in TVC 1.0. Prieviously, the reissues in TVC 2.0 have always used the same cardbacks as the one used in TVC 1.0. What do you think about it ? Is it better to change the cardback for a reissue or not ? I thought the barbell hips were a recent advancement in tooling for the 1/18 scale, but after going back to older Marvel 3.75" lines from a decade ago it turns out its existed for a while. Even in recent history you can see that DC figures have been doing this, but it feels like a very recent thing for TVC and Star Wars. Was TVC actually really delayed in taking this step forward and is there a reason for it, or am I missing something? Thanks!

I asked about a Endor Rebel Soldier 4 pack and a Gamorrean 4 pack at the booth at MCM, the answer I got implied it was unlikley at this time due to how expensive the Rebel Endor troopers would be to produce since they all look so different. Apparently the Tusken 4 pack from BOBF was very expensive to make due to all the soft goods.
I suggested a 4 pack of two ROTJ Gamorreans and two of the bare chest BOBF versions, again it was stated those would be expensive to produce and may not be cost effective

QFNW, since the Ghost is set to ship in December, do you think Hasbro should release the Phantom 1 alongside it? The best-case scenario would be to include it with Ezra’s first season or maybe Sabine’s first season, as they already have the tooling for her.
On another note, instead of using the large deluxe-size cards, why don’t they opt for the carbonized version of the cards that are thicker? They could then wrap the cards with the DELUXE FIGURE naming. This way, they can maintain the same size while showcasing a difference from regular figures.
I would 100% get the Phantom 1, and Season 1 Sabine and Ezra are in my top 5 wish list!
Another cool Q&A. From what I can tell the missing images should be the E-Wing with KE4-N4. Heres my question for next week's video. Do you personally think the A-Wing will finally get a release in The Vintage Collection soon? Seeing as it was even featured in Rebels they could possibly release another version of it including Hera or something similar down the line if they made one.

You are right about the cards and there are only Tvc collectors that collect to get the figure on card but the commander Cody of rots will sell to others and there many others that will buy more than 1

Howdy Bossk! Congrats on the upcoming subscriber milestone! QFNW: I loved your worst to first deluxe boxes video. As you said, the deluxe boxes are gone and Hasbro has switched to the larger cardbacks. One of the benefits of the boxes, was that it allowed for large accessories to be packed in (examples: e-web cannon and the dark trooper panels). Could Hasbro fit these accessories in a bubble? If not, then what is your opinion on the best format to release these larger accessories? My concern is that Hasbro will stray away from the accessories that truly made these figures deluxe.

QFNW: is there a figure or vehicle that you skipped at retail because it was too expensive, but then you ended up paying more for on the secondary market? I had that happen with a different toy line, and the figure was reissued a week later.
Hi Tim, QFNW: With the "Return to Tatooine" theme coming in 2025, I assume we will get many figures from Tatooine coming next year. The question is, will it be limited to A New Hope line up? Since all the revealed and pipelined figures are mostly from ANH. Do you think they will extend the line up to Tatooine theme like Return of the Jedi, Phantom Menace & The Book of Boba Fett? Podracers and an extend of Jabba's throne playset would be lovely. Thanks and MTFBWY!

Yeah, I think they could get away with Howler reuse to make one version of a Lothwolf, not all of them were humongous like the one Ezra rode. There were a few different sizes.

I would have love to see an action figure of her. Here is my question: do you think there is even the slightest hope that we will ever see a VC figure from Star Wars Visions ? Great video as always Bossk, I noticed you don't have the images for the escape from order 66 4 pack on your website.....also, question for next week.....custom figure makers such as myself, toys are the way and others tend to work out what body parts work on different characters, do you think Hasbro should/could work with custom building collectors in order to work out what new figures they could make by kit bashing? I know they do re use parts in this way, but Hasbro are sometimes well off the mark, aldhani cassian andors lower legs/boots being a prime example when they could have used other more accurate boots/lower legs. Image missing seems to be the Escape from order 66 4 pack. My question is: As a relatively new Vintage Collection collector (12 months), what do you think are the essential TVC01 figures that won't get a re-release?
So to qualify I need to also ask a question for next week so why in your oppinion why as the pike solider not been pipe lined or released to this point? It has been in book of boba fett, mandalorian and so forth and is no brained army builder so how has hasbro missed the boat?
QFNW: As much as I want Hasbro to release Arleil Schous, I also think that if they do release him, it could set a risky precedent. In future HasLab campaigns, some collectors might believe that exclusive figures (both in the base offering and in the tiers) will eventually be released anyway, despite Hasbro staff's 'no future plans for it' warnings. This could make collectors less motivated to support the campaigns. Maybe Hasbro and the HasLab team have a similar view from a business standpoint. What do you think? Looks like you're missing the carded Salacious Crumb that came with Jabba this year.
QFNW - what are your thoughts on swivel hips still being in the line? I think they're a bit controversial these days and some people think they should be totally nixed. Personally, I think they're still okay on straight repacks like the Skiff Guards and Evazan, and I'm even okay with Aurra Sing. But if they brought back something like Episode 1 Obi-Wan with swivel hips it would be pretty unforgivable. And also they definitely shouldn't develop any new figures with swivel hips (or the old ball-jointed style for that matter).

How do you feel about the miscoloured action figures, Prime example is Han solo in Hoth gear and his Brown coast looking Blue and having figures produced of it.. but also his jacket which looks blue in some locations in the film.
Recently somebody dug out a legit Solo coat used in the Bespin scenes and in person it seems to be light grey and not even the black we have on figures.
Is it more important to have the colour the item seems to be in the film, or the proper colour and do you think these off colours are just great options for exclusives?

While I certainly hope we have more than 5 years of TVC to look forward to, it is distressing to see Hasbro cutting so many corners with paint deco in the most recent releases. I feel like the peak of 3.75" collecting was during the Legacy era, when Hasbro wasn't spread across so many Star Wars lines. We had huge waves of figures with truly deep-cut characters ranging from obscure background characters to multiple variations of main characters from both the Prequel and OT eras, as well as animated and Expanded Universe lines. Now, we have not only Black Series, but the Epic Heroes line all competing for fan dollars. This is all a long winded way of saying (apologies for that), do you think the fan community is more divided than it has been in the past and could that be a factor in why we're seeing TVC downgrading now?
