These are amazing cribs. Ifwas from the 90’s/late 90’s it was most likely the plant my grandfather worked at. I didn’t have instructions but I am 24 about to have my first son. I was given a bed in Snow White from Simmons (no instructions either) and this video helped me immensely I can’t thank you enough.🙏
And several years later, your post is still helping. I pulled out the crib while my husband was away (to prove I could do it by myself, of course!), and I was getting a tad confused with the bottom piece with the lever. Thanks for clarifying that the lever hand faces down--solved my problem. Now to find the screws/bolts and the springs that are misplaced somewhere in a bag that SHOULD be with the crib. Darn it. :-/ Thanks again for your help.

This was a total help to us! We had our son's crib from 1991 with all of the parts, but couldn't figure out how to put it together. So much so that my husband thought for sure we were missing parts. With this youtube I was able to get it together with our son-in-law without a hitch! Saved us the cost of a new crib that is not nearly as valuable since they are no longer made with just wood and metal.
After 28 years of being in the attic after our children outgrew the baby crib, we have gotten it back out for when the grandchildren visit... Uh oh, we had forgotten a few things about how to put a couple of items back on it. Thanks for the update on how to do it!! It's helpful!!

I didn't know the name brand of it or anything and I looked up "how to put a crib together that has springs" and this video popped up with the exact same crib color and everything that someone on fb donated to me lol. No instructions or anything. I'm so glad I found this. You made it so much easier for me. I have a migraine and everything just trying to get the Damn thing together before I found the video and I was doing it "right" just not in the right order lol.

I think you can contact the manufactory and order parts from them. I have to warn you, it's a bit pricy from them. Or you can try the local hardware store. I found some replacement springs for $2.

I was unsure of the size I needed but there was a gentleman who just so happened to know what I was looking for. very thankful. part and sizes are listed online the metal pieces probably would need ordered in the kits not seperatley. good luck!
Just wanted to comment that we bought one of these used cribs only to find out that they've been recalled as have all drop side cribs made before 2011. There is a kit you can order at the website to make it safe, but home repairs without the free kit have led to tragedies.
ONLY the drop side cribs with PLASTIC need help. The ones like this one with all metal and wood are just fine to use. The problem with plastic is that it ages, cracks, and gives way. The metal and wood are stable and do not decay over time like that.
For those have new born baby, nothing is most important than the baby's safety, specially when you have to take to baby out in a vehicle. These drop side cribs are dangerous and have been recalled. We reluctantly pitched our daughters 30 year old Simmons crib which we had planned to use for our grandchildren. Just not worth the risk...

I dont think so. I think the only thing adjustable is the mattress support. There are three levels for that support.
