Dara seemed taken aback by how "pretty" her room was. I think someone went in to arrange the etude house stuff. CL uses lock and key for her room. + she was careful abt the cameras (not taking one and turning off the other) And they were able to lock one of Bom's doors. @ 11:42 she even yells that wants to use her room her way. and I just have a feeling too that Minzy was used to it, like she accepts it. she always seemed extra honest/open I think for one here, there's a problem with their privacy... so creepy now that I'm watching this again... poor girls.
