Any catapult can be used for hunting aslong as its et up with enough power and accuracy I wouldnt get a Cheap Chinese one tho unless its gzk or something like that
Hello Tirador, I've only been slingshotting for less than a year and I have bought nearly 20 slingshots of all different types and sizes. So far to and many other users, Simple Shot has the best quality and selection. Start with a plastic one, don't make the mistake I made of practicing with my $120 Axiom-X made from aluminum and it's all dented up, and stripped. The Simple Shot SCOUT, and SCOUT X is probably the best beginner slingshot and pro slingshot. There's not really such thing as a beginner sling, it's what works for you, but I highly recommend it. Tater has a great video on the Scout. Good Luck !

These slingshots, to be honest, are just toys, none of which deserve to be called best, not even close. you should see more real slingshots produced in China.
