Self acceptance is what I'm feeling internally as I listen to this meditation. As I learn to love and accept myself unconditionally, it opens me up to receive love, unconditionally. So, in reality, I have manifested a connection to my soul and for that I am grateful!

I started listening to this audio about 1 month ago and I'm not even kidding, the morning after the first night of listening to this audio, my crush texted me. We have been together for a month now and I listen to this audio every single day. Thank you so so much, i love this. ❤
All of the affirmation videos I’ve listened to on this channel have helped me immensely but this is one of my favorites. It helped me get out of an extremely toxic, narcissistic relationship along with the confidence one. After listening at the confidence one I looked at my abuser and at first I was pining for her as I was used to doing for months and months but then this thought came into my head that was “I can do better” and it took me by surprise. Listening to this video every night has cleared pathways so when I was attracting the wrong people into my life, the path would clear up for them to be released. It was not always easy. Most recently I listened to this for a week straight I think and I found the true colors of people in my environment and also manifested a kitten!! He is a perfect angel and helps me so much with my trauma. He’s everything I want from a pet and more. I love him so much. He’s definitely meant for me. He’s probably the sweetest cat I’ve ever met and extremely adorable and he loves to cuddle with me. Aside from self love I'll be using this because I know we as humans can have numerous soulmates and i feel like one of them is a friend I had and lost contact with (I know their instagram) I just don't think they're active as they used to be, I have another friend i have been vibing with as well , they make me genuinely happy and comfortable 😊. very nice, this is one, probably the best one even, so far and it actually went through the conscious to the dream world a bit and that is progress. You are very confident and speaking a very seductive and grasping/ushering type tone that is a notch beyond where people used to be at for emotionally driven expression. I think you are getting more moving with voice control and becoming some kind spiritually imbued seductress or something, it can wonders for brains and consciences that have only heard deep things or a more logical significance than feeling them much (without drugs). I'm not quite sure why, but curiously this one gave me a restless sleep with some nightmares. I tend to have bizarre dreams when listening to these affirmation videos. Bent on trying it again to see if there's any correlation.
Having unsettling dreams, especially at the beginning of listening to these Reprogram Your Mind While You Sleep tracks, is very normal. This is part of the healing process. If you can imagine that your brain has had a certain set of thoughts settled there for so long and now you are shaking them up. You are unsettling them, you are sorting through the negative thoughts and releasing them. You are replacing them with new, positive thoughts. This is part of healing process and necessary to reprogram your mind for the better. It is therefore very normal for some negative images/thoughts/feelings to come through in your dreams as you release them. Does this explanation help? Trust the process my friend. What's the difference between the I am affirmations and you are affirmations?

I very much appreciate your affirmations, but please make some from the "I am". My subconscious knows itself as "I AM", and the reprogramming will only work if it's "speaking" to itself.

this happened to me in a different video so i gave up on watching these. i did not experience sleep paralysis , but had an odd,frightening dream.
(Coming from someone that has sleep paralysis) what triggers this especially dreams is dreams are our subconscious and things that play out while conscious so maybe you have some deep rooted fears? Or if you have been sleeping patterns then this can trigger sleep paralysis which is technically your body having a hard time waking up normally. Not everything has to be scary sleep paralysis can be unsettling but I’ve had it since I was 13 and I am now 20 and I only have it when I don’t sleep right. I have also learn that during sleep paralysis is lucid dreaming as well so you can technically in your dream control it but thinking of something more positive. Some people are capable ( like me) of only being able to move their finger tips or toes. So if you ever have it again you can try to wake yourself up but wiggling your toes till you actually wake up. Best advice is to have a better sleep pattern and never try to go back to sleep after waking up it can trigger it again. And if it isn’t a sleep pattern then it may just be a deep rooted fear.
I also had a really bad nightmare whilst listening to this about my EX, I usually sleep so well to these affirmation videos but this one had me messed up!

Everyone is different. Some people see shifts after a week, for others it takes longer. I've been listening to this video for a while and in the early hours of the morning I had an odd dream. I dreamt that I had sent my special person a text. I was in somebody's house and my special person had sent me a number of texts with photos and captions of him doing various things, it's like he's telling me what he's been up to. I'm scrolling my phone to read his texts. He then walks in but it doesn't look like him. He talks to me about the text I sent him and all the while I'm thinking this is not him even though he's referring to the text I sent him, it's someone else especially as his wife walks in after him! End of dream.
I know he's not married, I think the dream got distorted somehow.
