SAUSAGE BUNS
* 4 medium hot dogs
* 1 cup All purpose flour
* 2 teaspoon baking powder
* 2 tablespoon sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon red pepper
* 1 medium egg
* 1/2 cup milk or water
* Oil for frying
Sauce:
* 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
* 2 tablespoon ketchup
* 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
* 1 teaspoon pepper

Those are hot dogs, not sausages. They are are already cooked in the package. Personally, I would fry a sausage. Or oven bake.

Because it needs to. There are methods of cooking, just like timing when to add sugar and salt. The first time, is not exactly cooking, yet preparing the sausage.
Same as rising dough.
You first rise it, then in the oven.
