Hello! Shoe shine Thank you for watching the movie! The first liquid is a Japanese made cleaner. The manufacturer is boot black. Shoe cream and wax are made in France by Saphir Noir. We also use kiwi's wax.
What are the steps on getting a great shine? I’ve watched him do this before, but I don’t know what each step is. For instance, why does he use a brush at the beginning? What is the white bottle at the start? Is it rubbing alcohol or something else? I THINK he used three different polishes on his videos but I’m not sure. I haven’t watched the whole video at the time of this comment, but on another video, he only polishes the very fronts, the bottom of the sides and the back of the shoes. Why not do the rest of the top and front? Why not the tongue? Please be kind, because I really don’t know the process and I’m ignorant of the reasons.

江戸屋らしき馬毛ブラシでブラッシングかっこいいですね。次の汚れ落しも寧にされています。中々見逃しぎみのタンとモンクストラップ部にはコロニルの1909シュプリームでしょうか革に栄養を吹き込んでいますね。そしてサフィールノワールを指先でアッパーに塗り込み豚毛ブラシでブラッシング、最後にサフィールビーズワックスを指先で爪先・かかとサイド下部分に塗り、少し水を磨き布につけワックスも少しつけながら磨き上げています。モンクストラップとアッパーは豚毛ブラシで仕上げているのでしょうか？最後は山羊のブラシに少し水をつけブラッシングして鏡磨き完了。すばらしい手さばきです。ありがとうございました。長谷川裕也さんの磨き方に共通するものがありますね。靴磨きジェントル中山和彦さん頑張ってください。応援します。 高橋敏行

I believe that was Saphir Medaille D'or in Dark Brown
after spending some time watching the hanger project channel in the past months I believe you are right and he used the pommadier too before the wax.
