With the lip stains you can use a new stick on a bride and gift the stick to the bride to use if they need to touch up here and there. A nice little complimentary gift for your clients, as well as a marketing tool for the brand.
That’s what ours did for myself, my bridesmaids, and the moms. It was awesome having it throughout the day, and she did such a great job picking shades for us that almost everyone has repurchased their original shade at least twice, and one or two other shades once after the wedding.
The Glamzilla Beauty Blender situation reminds me when Mikayla received a huge box of the “Fragrance Free Loose powder” from Huda last year that wasn’t available to anyone else and just now Huda Beauty is releasing fragrance free powder. I believe it’s out now. Huda, put in her note to Mikayla that she saw her video where she didn’t like the fragrance but loved the powder so she sent a huge box full of the loose powder that she could never go through in a lifetime. It’s so ridiculous to me that brands send TikTok creators TONS of the same product that they can never use all of it in their life instead of sending it to Professional Makeup Artists.
i’m glad alex came clean about the filter, but i just wish on the original video she included the filter label that automatically gets added anyway. there will be plenty of people who only see the original and not her follow up admitting it was a filter

She'll play nice to your face and in front of people but then talk so much shit and spread rumors about you behind your back. But once you see it, you can't unsee it, and now i can't unsee it.
The filter thing is so real, I have gotten comments saying I need micro needling for my acne scaring and like it’s my face you don’t have to live with it also micro needling would make it worse for me. It works by puncturing the skin and having it produce collagen but the reason I have so many little scars isn’t because I pick at them it’s because my body doesn’t produce enough collagen. There could be so many people out there dealing with the same thing and feeling hopeless cause they can’t fix it and look like the models and influencers online.
The MUA that did my wedding makeup gifted me some of the products she used on me- this way I could refresh my makeup during the long hours and it worked great as an advertisement (I still used the brand of the lipstick and bronzer 8 years later). No professional would ever use lipstick directly on two different clients.
I think the influencer in the jewelry case is Amaya Colon, she recently blew up and is being called the new it girl. Plus she started her career modeling jewelry. This is my humble guess ☑️
1:28 agreed, 100%. Like, I feel like brands could send influencers the pretty PR, if they wanna have that, but SEND THE MUA’S THE BULK, that would actively be useful! I have an example of this from a Tiktok influencer I follow! She’s a licensed therapist who uses Tiktok to discuss the common mental holes we fall into, and why, and a lot of her content is about how to cope with stress, including some non-serious but helpful stress toy reviews. She got PR from a brand who, amongst other things, make a thing called a “Chill Pill”, which is a stress toy in the shape of a big ol pill that says “Chill Pill” on it, so she got sent a whole bunch. She made a video about it, saying “I tend to buy a lot of stress toys to give to my clients, especially my younger clients, so getting this PR is actually super helpful and nice!”, and she went over the pros and cons of the toy (for example, the firmness is good, but the shape isn’t always conducive to being a satisfying stress toy, unless you got smaller hands). It’s a good example of the good PR, being actively helpful, and not being wasteful with this bulk PR.
Don't have a TikTok. Never will. I never take any of these influencers seriously. I love that the MUA came back at her with how to use the lip stains properly ❤❤❤
I 100% agree with the pro MUA in the glamzilla issue. She rightly pointed out abt brands sending nauseating amounts of PR to influencer only to sit in drawers. The pro MUA's actually spend their hardearned money for beauty blenders(they have to dispose the blenders or give them to clients after each application). Naturally to cut on costs, many pro MUA's have strd to order in bulk frm shein, temu or pawpaw sponges(shopmissA brand). The beauty blenders cud hav helped so many MUA's. Glamzilla blocking her is such a tacky snowflake response. That pro MUA was not even criticising her and only calling out the brand.
I feel like Glamzilla was very intentional in how she responded as she deliberately chose to ignore what the makeup artist’s video was actually about in order go off on a completely unrelated tangent about what is and isn’t sanitary, also you don’t know how she plans on using these in her kit and this very much felt like her trying to not only be condescending and send her followers after this woman, but to also distract from the actual point the makeup had been trying to make.
Tbh I honestly have never used makeup in my life but dear lord I am addicted to your channel. I love listening to all this drama 😭 also totally helps me know what brands to buy for my sisters hehe
Almost EVERYONE that uses social media to make money by putting on makeup uses a filter (not to mention influencers that use it on their body to sell a false idea). It’s best to remember that when someone is trying to sell you makeup or skincare and diet supplements.
As a Sephora employee we get so much testing product and beauty blend always sent us bags of blenders for our artist & advisor! I was in a meeting with the CEO of beauty blender & she actually told us about the back lash she got when she sent people those giant beauty blenders that has the foundations in them and that’s why they don’t do big PR things like that. I do agree though brands should support real artist but the thing is to be a “real” artist is different in every state so brands would have to do a lot of digging and maybe ask for artist proof of certification. I’m so glad I don’t have tik tok I would be blocked by glamzilla & Mikayla in seconds 😂
So unrelated to this video, but has Chef Pii been in anymore drama? Did she legally have to stop selling the new Pink Sauce powder? I bought some over a month ago and I never received my order. I'm currently disputing the charges as I reached out and haven't heard back on any delivery or shipment information. When I went to track my order, her website was completely gone.
Beauty blenders are garbage anyway for actual working MUAs. The fact that people call themselves MUAs when they have no training pisses me off. They know nothing about how things work outside of social media.
I wanna know how many people in those comments who were calling the MuA unsanitary have touched an Ulta or Sephora tester to their face or skin even when using the spoolies or lip applicators they provide…. I’ll wait..
Hi! This was me in the video- after many came to my page after glamzilla posted the video. I made the video to show how I use them! No one said anything after that 😊
@@MUABraylee Oh no I totally understand and it’s great they’ve toned down! ✨ I just mean the people who were assuming you’d be unsanitary, I wonder how many of them have used Sephora or Ulta testers etc because those SURE ARENT as sanitary as what they’d like you to think. Plus MuAs may only have so many clients a month whereas a cosmetics/skin care shop sees hundreds of customers per day. There’s no way in the world they’d have time to clean in between each person and it’s just asinine to think or assume you’d be that neglectful of your clients when those same people have probably willingly exposed themselves to some of the dirtiest makeup.

Bro glamzilla is literally trying to be the Regina gorge of make up 😂
Don't have a TikTok. Never will. I never take any of these influencers seriously. I love that the MUA came back at her with how to use the lip stains properly ❤❤❤
Thank you! 😊
As a professional MUA myself, she has no idea what’s she’s talking about. There’s other ways to keep it sanitary.
Tbh I honestly have never used makeup in my life but dear lord I am addicted to your channel. I love listening to all this drama 😭 also totally helps me know what brands to buy for my sisters hehe
"A row of idk what's going on here" is such a relatable sentence
Alex Earle has shown her real skin vs filters a bunch of times already ❤
Almost EVERYONE that uses social media to make money by putting on makeup uses a filter (not to mention influencers that use it on their body to sell a false idea). It’s best to remember that when someone is trying to sell you makeup or skincare and diet supplements.
Firstly Beauty blender is ass idk why people like it
As a Sephora employee we get so much testing product and beauty blend always sent us bags of blenders for our artist & advisor!
Glamzilla just keeps getting worse. It's gross.
I’m confused. What’s the point of a contract if it didn’t protect you?
Beauty blenders are garbage anyway for actual working MUAs. The fact that people call themselves MUAs when they have no training pisses me off. They know nothing about how things work outside of social media.
Glamzilla needs to understand what "a hit dog will always holler" means 😂😂😂😂
There’s no way in the world they’d have time to clean in between each person and it’s just asinine to think or assume you’d be that neglectful of your clients when those same people have probably willingly exposed themselves to some of the dirtiest makeup.
i love watching tea spill while i eat lunch 💪💪
I notice tiktok makeup people who use filters. It does really feel like they are pulling wool over our eyes. I am glad someone finally said they use it because it's refreshing to see.
There are so many relatable “influencers” out there who are TRUTHFUL and genuinely just love makeup. If people stopped supporting the problematic ones then it would stop. 🤷🏼♀️
1:40 i keep saying this. Pr, brand trips should all be going to working MUA’s because they WILL use all the shades. they WILL use all of the products
after the elf embarrassment i thought glamzilla would chill out. she really thought she dropped the “gotcha” and blocked the mua when all she did was act foolish. Im so tired of this girl
The secondhand anger and the disrespect of glamzilla to lecture a working MUA! the audacity, the ego
I can stand glamzila I blocked her on Tik tok
I feel like Glamzilla has hypomanic episodes…
Yet another influencer who doesn't deserve the time of day 😮💨 Seriously, when are we all going to learn that these "influencers" are fake af and dont need our money!?!?
Gosh, so sick of all this overconsumption. Imagine how much money you could "save" if you didn't purchase any influencer collabs or shopped on tik tok shop.
GWORL what universe does glamzilla think we’re in? The god complex and narcissism is INSANE
