I think cell doesn't count as Earth Bred because "Bred" probably entails traditional "breeding" where as cell is purely created in a test tube. I get your theory and don't disagree. But it's all about what Dokkan decides the meaning is.
You cannot make this team without the Frieza as your leader unfortunately. If you really want to run Turles you could try LR Cooler in the easier events lol
i don't like to put tons of points on AA and get a normal, LR str Cooler knows. Went for a more evasive route so he will be good now and will potentially age better

The moment the game will wake up and make AA working like crits and evasion where it's alwais a SA when it procs, i'll probably be more inclined towards giving more than 15 points on it. But with this not being the case from the time being and dodge being 1x instead of 2x like the others, 20 points there is my personal sweet spot i want all my units to be.

when an additional procs, you then have a 50-50 of the attack becoming a super. its rng and its mean sometimes
