There wont be any fresh Snow. Phase 2 will have accumulated snow. Also, you can carry normal summer clothes with one jacket, that would be sufficient. Have a happy Kashmir Trip :)

Not really... you have to rely on cash... sometimes EDC machines do not work due to poor network.. better you carry cash & there is only 1 ATM in Gulmarg.. Have a safe journey 🤗
