- Here’s my Inside Out 2 Movie Review and Reaction! Is Inside Out 2 better than the original Inside Out?
Disney and Pixar’s “Inside Out 2” returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she’s not alone. Maya Hawke lends her voice to Anxiety, alongside Amy Poehler as Joy, Phyllis Smith as Sadness, Lewis Black as Anger, Tony Hale as Fear, and Liza Lapira as Disgust. Directed by Kelsey Mann and produced by Mark Nielsen.

Almost doubling up on its original box office projection... what a great surprise for the theaters. I found this one lighter than the first but not in a bad way. I wish all of the original voice actors were there but overall I'd give it a 9 out of 10
I'm so happy this film is doing so damn well, I think I'm seeing it again either tomorrow or Wednesday where it'll be hot af out 🤣
There was obviously a ton of little kids at the theater but I've never heard a theater so quite with so many young ins - clearly the movie and the visuals and everything held their attention
This is easily the best Pixar film in a long time. And with the film pulling in $100M in its second weekend, audiences agree. I loved all of the new emotions, and Bloofy and Pouchy were a riot. I need to make the time to watch this one again.
Maya hawke wants to do episodes for emotions that adults deal with - would be an awesome Disney plus series
