  • Throttle limit was set to 50%.
ESC temperature protection was set to 75°C, motor protection to 60°C.
During this test the motor was consuming about 10KW but it should be capeable of about 20KW continuous with impooved watercooling.
Weight of the board is 20kg and the battery 18kg + I weigh 75kg.
The board has zero flex wich is great and there was not getting any water inside wich i was originally afraid of.

Such an awesome build! Thanks for sharing! I really dig the board shape in particular. The handle position seems particularly thoughtful!

Hello Alien Trip, your build is very nice. I would like to build one similar, what brand of parts are you using? I saw you mentioned 80mm jet and 10,000 watts. Thanks

Great project:) how do you deal with the danger of using higher than 50-60v on water? Will a short braker of 200-250amp will be enough to keep you safe from electrifying yourself

I can do everything but get totally lost on the electronics. Have not attempted due to safety concerns.

      Thanks!
10kw with the current limit wich should be around 13hp.
I think you would need at least 10hp.
The max rpm with the 80mm jet was 4500rpm during this test, hopefully this helps you choosing the right engine.

@@alientrip6227 yes! Thanks a lot my impeller is 100mm and the motor will do around 8000 to 10000 rpm I’m hoping for 10-12hp . The jet unit build is on my channel if you could tell me if it will work?

The 3d printed version looks great to me! I see no reason why this should not work, i'm just not sure how durable these 3d printed jet drives are.
