If ANOVA result is insignificant, mean that their is no significant difference between the groups. Can we say that ANOVA assumption are not fill fulled therefore their result is insignificant?

Could have used independent t-test too here since there are only 2 samples?
Good perspective..Anova is better perspective due to interaction it gives..as you know p value remain same whether we choose to do t or anova
