I really appreciate you covering the topic of transitional types - because this can genuinely be difficult!!

My husband is a Bright Spring whereas his twin sister is a Deep/Dark Autumn, and they look sooo much alike! The difference lies mainly in the hair colour: vivid red hair (him) vs dark warm chocolate hair (her).
Bright Spring and Deep Autumn share many similarities

Thank you so much. I’m a dark autumn. I love your description and treatment of this type is the best. I’ve been so confused when some of the strong bright colors that don’t fit in my palette (e.g., bright, saturated turquoise; strong, warm red; yellows) look amazing. I have lighter (most of the year) skin and dark, warm hair and eyes. Thank you for analyzing Megan - it helped me immensely. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I really appreciate how you recognise the transitional types ,as I think there are alot of people who come under this type .
I saw your video on Kate Middleton and totally agree with your thoughts I was wondering what you thought about Angelina Jolie as I see there is alot of confusion with her seasonal type ,I have seen her typed as Autumn ,Summer and Winter , I also see that Irina Shayk and Elizabeth Hurley are both typed as a Summer but I have seen them in warm colours (Irina in Spanish vogue wearing a terracotta /rust coloured dress... stunning! ) and I thought they look great ,but then again they would both look great in anything LOL ....

I’ve struggled with these 2 exact seasons…I look great in deep rich autumn tones and also look great in warm brights & black. I do think I’m Dark Autumn though

I am the same! I find that taking the brightest and most intense from bright spring and the darkest from dark winter + all colors from dark autumn works best.

hello! very interesting!:)So if dark and soft autumn can use spring pallete because it is a transitional season, then that should work the other way around right? Spring is also a transitional season, so can it also wear autumn palette and whic autumn?:) I cannot understand my type since it seems that I am bright spring but greens dont look good on me due to olive skintone. any suggestion maybe?:)

It could be Autumn, but it's not a given fact also.

Anyone who can't tell the difference between Deep Autumn and Bright Spring must be colorblind. Totally different.

No both profile description states high contrast, warm. Only difference lies in brightness.
