And why would we give sanction to Russia we know how it is living under sanction, and no countries should have given Sanction to Russia becouse that means you syoirt DOUBLE STANDARD and that its OK for Nuclear and Economic Forces to dictate the law and to make decisions about someone else county. UN law exist law about territorial itenghrety exist. Serbai was bombed by USA and NATO even do United Nations didn't allow it. So its ok when USA and NATO does it, but its not ok when Russia does it? Did we forget Afghanistan, Lybia, Iraq, Syrica, Venezuela, Laos, Serbia, Colombia if you look up since 1946-2023 USA bombed and Invaided 30 countries. And if you go back 200 years you will see that USA invaided attacked 160 countries out of 195 and UK almost everyone there is only 11 countries that UK has not invaided. Did anyone ever give sanction to NATO countries and USA and UK for killing over 100 milion of people? NO. But when someone else does it ohh no give them sanction that is againt international law. For example you know that Internation Court of Justice is not recognized by the USA so that there soliders, politician and citizens cant be arested for War Crimes and they are open about it they admited it. But when someone else do something they are like ohh he is a war criminal give them sanction punish that countri. Do you know in the first month of attack on Iraq 17,000 people died and in 4 months over 1 million of people. They droped so many bombs that they needed to stop the bombing for 3 weeks becouse they litherly run out of bombs USA ran out of Bombs. And what did Europe do give Obama the nobel price for "Piece" after he killed millions of people. So yea its fine when USA and Europe does it. But soon as someone else do it everyone are like arest him he is criminal.... No one should have given sanction to Russia so that world can learn the lesson that it will never be piece in the world if we have Double Standards why does UN law exist if no one respect it and follows it?

Yes, as second-grade citizens, but don't forget the biggest problem was "Danak u krvi". When the Otomans took serbian children to be raised as Ottoman soldiers (Janniseries). So the serbs rather handicaped their kids to avoid them being taken away.

This is the problem with you Russians. You think that a help is like a transaction, and if you help someone, the beneficiary must become a slave to you. Help does not work that way. Bulgarians found out that being under Russian terms would be worse than being under Ottomans, so there was at least one proposal for a dual Ottoman-Bulgarian crown. However, it seems that Serbs were really happy to unconditionally obey you.

Nice video Brate. One point that is important to mention is that Jugos were always smaller nations who were constantly at war. Therefore , they sought protection from stronger nations outside of their own. Catholic Croats looked towards Austria , Muslim Bosniaks towards Turkey and Serbs , Macedonians and to some extent Bulgarians looked towards Russia as a "big brother" , since they Orthodox and Slavs.

I am a Serbian American who served in the US Army over a decade ago and I did missions in Afghanistan with a Russian company called Volga-Dnepr. I told the crew members I was from Serbia. They looked confused because most Russians don’t gaf. Then I said Yugoslavia and they were like: Oh, very nice brat, come have a shot with us… It was interesting to understand most Russians know us as Yugo than Serbs.

Now after the huge support common Serbs gave us in 2022 we do ❤ few people outside Russia and Ukraine know the truth as foreign media just repeat Ukraine's messages, so people made opinions with blind eyes anyway. But only Serbs (and surprisingly Indonesians) chose to stand for us. In the tsunami of hatred towards Russians it was cute to see supportive comments from Serbs. Considering it's a tiny nation they really tried hard as we could see them here and there ❤ besides it takes courage to be in the minority, to go against the crowd. Because tbh we now don't care much about others' views but it makes me respect the ones who aren't afraid to get bullied for an unpopular opinion

But Russia actually goes to war against the ottomans to draw its armies toward the Caucasus mountains during serbian rebellions. Its not just weapons. Also lets not forget the selfless sacrifice of Ana Karenina's count Vronsky who dies somewhere in Serbia fighting the ottomans. Even if he was a fictional character. Also Russia goes into ww1 while honoring the alliance with Serbia, and gets killed and dies. From that point Russians probably start chilling on the relationship. But Serbia/Yugoslavia keeps the flame, goes to war with Hitler to protect Greece, then starts the uprising against Hitler when he attacks soviet union, then the girlfriend goes crazy again in 48 and starts supporting greek communist uprising while stalin clearly promised greece to the west, almost leading to domestic violence in 48. at a time tito worked on the balkan union with albania and bulgaria, stalin nixes it, titos allies in albania get purged by stalinist supporters and albania goes into international isolation, and in some alternate reality we could have been bros. Communists were internationalist, after all, and saw nationalism as a bourgois decadence. Yugoslavia was supposed to be like a smaller EU, where borders became irrelevant. Would there be a Kosovo problem if all Albanians were in the same country, too? At any rate, in spite of all the pledges not to stray from the Titos way, we've messed up.

@@Unknownvz58 wow! That's interesting, didn't know this! I have to dig into it! I once saw a comparison video of Estonian and Hungarian and some words were pretty close to Finnish. I have seen and heard full sentences in Hungarian but I must say I didn't understand anything hehe. However, I haven't checked out Turkish so maybe there are some words that could somewhat be understandable so to speak. All I know for sure is that the Finnic-ugrians came from the Ural mountains a long time ago to Europe and the tribe was later splitted up (sort of) so one group ended up in Finland and Estonia and the other one in today's Hungary. It might not be entirely historically correct, but that's what pretty much happened back in the day.
