@@primerli Payments done digitally is complex and many variables involved depending on geography and market conditions. But some basics are always constant. Since yours was an intro video I thought missed some key points. Perhaps you do cover them in other videos. But I assume the purpose of intro videos is to evoke interest? @@asifosman Very helpful, thank you for the feedback. You are absolutely right, the intro videos are like the "trailer" of a movie with an objective to create more interest for the following videos. We also follow a layered pyramid approach where we release the information in a way that goes from basics to more complicated (as opposed to going deep in a narrow area). The rest of the videos on the payments primer cover the payment process in more detail with all the entities involved with the economics of each step, etc. Thanks again for your feedback.
