    I know when a label is effective in my Todoist workflow is when I have used it for several years! 😄 Every so often, I have to declutter my less frequently used labels.

    Thank you, Carl. I have recently purchased the Premium version and this video has helped me open a gate to a whole new dimension of Todoist. Keep up the good work and keep uploading such insightful videos.

    Wow! I thought there is only one way to find the tasks with particular labels - filters, but I have tried to use the search bar, and it works. Thank you very much for this idea!

    Superb video! I took the Time Sector course and I am deeply impressed by how much FASTER my system is Carl. Thank you 🙏
    I really like the idea of using labels as "mindsets" to supercharge the system. I use "Working" , "Personal" and "Podcasting" to really focus on what needs to get done in each area of my life. Before, I had labels like "Research" or "Quick" and It felt more like procrastination than anything else. So happy to be past that.

    Just starting using ToDoist and your videos, like your courses I have taken on your website is just the best. I do wonder is there a key for filters, I always have trouble creating them

      Hi Erik, the best place to learn about filters is to use the Todoist help page here. I find myself going there a lot ;-)

    Hello Carl!
    Thank you for a very inspirational RUclips-channel, you have truly aided me in utalizing Todoist in a much more effective way! :D
    I have a question for you regarding your project-setup (this week, next week etc.) Are there any specific reasons you are not using filters to create the same kind of grouping of tasks? I'm currently using "due before: sunday" for this week and "due after sunday & due before next sunday" for next week. In my laymen eyes this an identical setup which also moves tasks to the right week automatically but I have a gnawing feeling I'm missing something :)
    Thanks again for all the knowledge you share!
    // Niklas

      The main reason is as I manage my projects in my notes app, having my tasks organised by projects just became a place for tasks to go and die. All I need my task manager to tell me is what do I have to do today so it is set up for speed and efficiency.
      It's also a lot simpler than having to create a load of filters too.

    Thanks, Carl. I know this was your demo Todoist account. I'm curious to know which labels you use in your real account as part of your Time Sector system?

      I don't use labels myself. I'm pretty strict on my daily lists so labels are quite redundant for me.

    Years ago location based labels made sense nowadays the lines that divide work & home are gone. I like the action labels but is the investment in effort worth it? The filters do help with what you need to see...thinking this would be great viewing on widget / small realestate screen. I do use categories and search folders heavily in Outlook.

    Hi Carl, have you considered making blank templates like Brennas available for us paid users to auto import and start using right away?

    I keep going back& forth with Todoist as they bring in new functions - the sort feature is brilliant now. However, they still have no means of exporting/logging completed tasks in any meaningful way. I really need a daily log of completed tasks to send to my Journal in Evernote. IFTTT sort of works but takes far too long to trigger and the completion times are way out. Until that is achieved, I'm never going to be able to use it successfully.

      @@Carl_Pullein or make a video on tags in general. Tags such as home, work, personal life, and Learn are quite cliche nowadays. Tags such as Evening (can only be done during Evenings), Routines ( should be done frequently) this tags are more specific. The point i am trying to make is lists are getting overwhelming. Please advise good tags to separately deal with the tags.
