As a lifelong rider I really enjoy your videos. Including photos would make them so much better. Thanks for doing them.
Thank you, George for the history lessons.
Brotherhood the greatest lie ever told 🙏🏼
Depending on WHO’S telling the lie. Don’t put much stock into certain people that gift you with advice, but be patient with certain ones that find the time to gift it.

Great book by Pee Wee
I think this comment went over a lot of these guys heads lol
😴
Terry, Slave Lewie and Fu Griffen are probley 3 of the coolest looking Angels in my opinion. And you George are the definition of the ideal leader...level-headed, willing to think before acting and the type to be in the trenches right along with those you led. I could listen to your stories all day. Would have loved to live that lifestyle, but it would have had to have been in the 60s when it was all about having a good time and living life on your own terms, before all the politics got in the way.
Would love to hear some stories of big Vinny from NY. God bless you George. You are a good man.
Enjoyed the added info. Thks. I met Sonny after he came to AZ & got to “ know “ him thru the yrs. His “ word” was law to almost all MC & Recovering Club. He wanted everyone to wear “ support HA “ patches. I use to get invited to all the events & got to many members!! I knew Jaybird & talked with him at some events but didn’t like him at all. What I noticed as an outsider, that every charter seemed to be different from the other. I live in Tucson but spent 3 yrs in Phx. So I was around them lots of times. I attended every Prison Run & they were so much fun. I got to ride with them many times as they would come to Tuc & escort diff Clubs there. I will say, I have NEVER been so excited & impressed with any 1% Clubs riding style ‼️. I always tell ppl on other sites that it was of my best memories. I would be curious to know how all u guy’s learn how to ride so fast & so tight?? I asked S one time & he just laughed & said smart ass remark. 😂. Hearing your story & info has me thinking about a lot of stuff I observed & heard. I’m a therapist with a MSW degree from U of WA. So by nature I’m curious & observe ppls behavior. Also grew up on the streets beginning in 64 when I was 12 yrs old. I had to survive & reading ppl was my way of life. I’m going to keep on listening to your podcasts. I’m glad you’re happy & doing well ‼️. MLHR Always.
Always interesting to here from you.
Thank You, George !!
To where from him?
Terry was awesome in angels 69, cool ass dance scene and the ending when tramp dumps the canteen and takes the keys ha Magoo was cool as shit in that movie too another legend 81 guy
Good morning George! I've been enjoying the shows!
Great job George. Your content definitely is the greatest of all biker channels out there.
Thanks so much for
Hi George, I would like to hear some stories about Doug "The Thug" Orr when he was in Oakland, how he ended up in San Quentin, etc.
Always good to hear from you George
I read a comment from someone else regarding the previous video where Terry's death was described. That person used the old saying, "with friends like Sonny, who needs enemies." Seems like Sonny might fit the personality profile describing a narcissistic psychopath. Intelligent, goal oriented, manipulative, ruthless and calculating.
You think In 13 minutes you know all about Sonny Barger?
@@onazram1 13 minutes? No...... but being in the life and following someone for 50+ years, a person gets to know a little bit.
Wow
Sonny did what he thought was best,we know nothing about what really happened
Thank you, George. The Hells Angels are an important and unique part of American culture. Someday they will be gone. All good things must come to an end eventually. Your writings and videos are an essential part of their history.
Thank you George for your personal accounts - interesting. Does it ever blow your mind that you are alive and well - living a good life and able to tell your life stories on a thing such as the internet.
George, you have a gift for communication. I think you are really hitting your stride here. I am happy to subscribe and have high hopes for your continued contributions. Good on ya!
Would love for you to talk about Big Vinny , Sandy and reception of Hells Angels Forever Documentary
I think he's wanting to hang out with K R
Keep it coming George,Keep it coming!!! P.B., Mass.
Makes perfect sense when you consider most dudes who join a club feel like outcasts / misfits so they naturally have a chip on their shoulder for popular folks...
I enjoy listening to you George
ThankYou 👍✊️
That was your true bother looking out for you by filling you in. There's that bond that can't be broken when you go to school/grow up together. A whole crew of my classmates were hired at GM and they tried 10ways to Sunday to break us up. The Union even got nervous and couldn't figure the bond out .
In 73 I was in the Bay area and got to talk to someone that had been at Altamont. He told me from what he could see the and hear was Hippies calling HA's "Pigs" for being security and then knocking over some bikes. Before bikes got knocked over he said a member got on a microphone and explained to the crowd they were only trying to keep people off the stage and away from other equipment and enjoy the show, not trying to be "Pigs". The name calling didn't stop and things escalated, getting even worse after bikes got knocked over.I think it's suspicious that if the members announcement to the crowd was filmed,it is omitted from any footage I've seen.
i stopped tripping at altamont. i'll never forget that fox hat; hilarious that he wore that to be anonymous! i had no idea who he was, other than he was an angel. not till i saw the previous video of yours. a bunch of angels sitting on a bus, "distributing" cans of beer at a high rate of speed...
Informative and fascinating as always 👍👍👍
*_I can't believe all the drama that exists with the tough, hard core outlaw bikers. Seems like ALL the Southern Ca charters should have broke off and gave sonny the finger. Go back to the betty patch, put the So Cal rocker back on and go on without Oakland._* 👣👣👣👣👣👣👣👣👣👣👣
@@opieshomeshop man out In bad standing Mr perfect Christie stories are to be taken with a pinch of salt
Yep
Wonderful to see you my friend, I look forward to each video. I agree, jealousy and instead of working things out among brothers, some choose to bring each other down. Blessings, stay safe❤
Hi George!! Hope you're doing well!! Best wishes to you!! 81 FOREVER!!
Good stuff as usual George 👍
You imagine all the old Bikers with these same feelings but they aren't in the position to talk about it or get out. Locked away or broke will keep you a member in good standing in most circles, not just the Biker world
Thank you George for telling the stories. My dad Whitey was brothers with all of them so that made them my uncles and they were all very wonderful.♥️ very much love, including Terry, the❤ tramp
Rest in Peace: Terry the Tramp.
I would like to hear about Tiny and what happened with him.
I was at Altamont and was behind the stage area on the opposite side of the HA bus. When Marty Balin jumped off the stage to interfere with some members or prospects, he got knocked out. That's when I decided it was time to go back up the hill to the racetrack where our limo was parked. It was nothing but chaos fueled by too much alcohol, LSD, and other drugs. People were crazy and that's why the Angels were beating on them to keep them away from the stage which was way too low. On the way back up the hill, I saw Mich Jagger being escorted down by two big, uniformed security guys. He was muttering something like "Don't let them get to me'. I guess he had been punched by someone after landing by helicopter at the race track. In my opinion, the Stones caused a lot of the turmoil at the end by refusing to come out and play for almost an hour and people were getting pissed off. You can see it when Bob Roberts threw that guy that was making all the weird faces off the stage.
good stuff george keep it comin i think it would be cool to show clips of altamont and have you do some commentary not sure if the other charters would be cool with it or not just my 2 cents thanks
Love your stories,as a old time sacramento guy, would like to hear your thoughts about Lonesome , and the. N.Sacto fellas, thanks for all the old stories, sacto Jim....
Great show
Very good! ❤️👍
Did Terry have that Red panhand??? In the move???
I have almost read Georges book Exile on Front Street im not a biker but i respect the HAs always have and always will God Bless The Fallen Angels from England .
George,Thanks for mentioning George werthen.he was a big dude.the book was quite the ride.
what was the book thanks in advance
@@az0970449 it is titled "an awayward angel" George Werthen.--my spelling?
@@az0970449A Wayward Angel.
do you have any insights on the quebec biker war with rock machine and dark circle and on the laval north chapters elimination .. in a book i read by crime reporter yves lavigne he stated the new york chapters representative went up to montreal and was shocked bout what happened to north chapter
Hey George! I believe you were trying to say jealousy was a motivator! I can’t get my words accurate all of the time, I feel that fits though
I was at Altamont. The stage was really low and there was no way the people weren't going to surge onto the stage. I went to many outdoor concerts in NorCal and none of them turned out like that. There was a lot of destruction, and it was a complete mess. People crapping and pissing everywhere. Nothing was ever the same
Many conflate envy with jealousy. Jealousy is actually a biblical concept, as God is a jealous and wrathful God.
Jealousy is a feeling when somebody messes with something that belongs to you, envy, is a feeling that you get when you want something that belongs to someone else.
Just figured I’d clarify that
Image partying with Jack Nicholson and Terry on Hells Angels 69. Had to be a wild ride.
May god bless terry and his memory live loud!
GOTTA LOVE THE TRAMP FOREVER
Envy is one of the 7 deadly sins.
Christie would know he is eaten up by it.
Glad I found your channel George. I just watched the other video on Terry and have to say, if true, I find it shocking. From your point of view of course it probably isn't but I never had any inkling that level of treachery was going on with HA and Sonny.
there's psychopaths ...at every level of the criminal underworld.
Terry did stand out in that movie and kinda outdid Sunny in acting.
I was a senior in high school in 1967 and Hunter Thomson's book talked about Terry the tramp. I think his brother was a priest. We wore the pages out of that book
Thanks
Much respect George
George, what bike you riding these days?
Hey george, would like to hear about Big Armand😎
DO THE RIGHT THING AND GIVE THE ASHES BACK!!! You know they're snooping...
George, did you ever see Big Vinny on a motorcycle ?? Have never seen any pictures of him on a motorcycle.
In the Hells Angels Forever movie he is shown riding a "welded on hardtail" sporty during the Laconia N.H. scenes..
@@jenniferanne4143 "A hardtail sporty "?
@@albertmedel6130 from what I remember it was a sportster with the rear frame struts & swingarm removed, cut and a rigid hardtail welded on, with extended front forks.
Thanks George
Would have been a better presentation if there were some photos of Terry the Tramp.
❤
George, can you do an analysis of Wethern's book "Wayward Angel" (1978)? You mention it here. How authentic is it? How much BS? Thank you.
Here’s a jewel, love your enemies and hate your friends. Enemies remain the same and friends always change.
I sure would like to know who some of the HA members were in "Gimme Shelter" like the guys with the pool cues and the guy that threw that big wasted hippie off the stage during "under my thumb" around 1:22 and any others.
Animal was the guy with the fur hat.
GREAT CHAT GEORGE. {M.G}orig TORONTO, CANADA.
The Angels were put in an impossible position that day. I’ve always believed that a lot of the blame lies with The Stones due to the shambolic way the show was handled. And yes, Meredith Hunter,as sad and as tragic as it was played a huge part in that. He pulled a gun and pointed at the stage…what did he really think was going to happen? Of course I wasn’t there and it’s easy to have an opinion on something that you didn’t experience yourself. But I’ve read a lot about Altamont, and I have no doubt that a lot of people were to blame for what happened that day, but the Angels did nothing wrong!
A true story.. Auckland were the first charter outside the USA.and in the very early 1970s they went to Napier nz where there was an m.c. called the outlaws, held them at gunpoint at a local river...tutaekuri
The outlaws were not associated with the American outlaws but it was scary stuff.l.o.l. There's a story George.. it's true too.
Can't be first outside USA early 70s 1969 London England charter started
@@Chris-m8e NZ was earlier than any other international chapter..I didn't say they started in the early 70 s just that was when they visited Napier. They started a chapter in Auckland in the 60 s.
Any stories about Canada 81. Like the Ontario clubs patchover in 99/00 new years in Montreal?
I doubt Kieth wants to relive Altamont. The HA’s didn’t look like they messed around back then.
Where is Terry buried? Find a grave tells me St Mary’s Cemetery in Oakland but many people say Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Sacramento County?
Hey George. Thank you so much for your insight on the history of the Angels. I have a question about Sonny and the importance of him being in Oakland during the counter culture movement and specifically Altamont. If he was a president in say SFV then would it matter or would have he still have been the man?
I have always thought the HAs were the last of the free men. Listen to the stories, I’m surprised at the politics. I met some of the members when I live in LA in the 1980s. I have always respected the HA.
Bear told me Tramp was his roommate for awhile and maybe Tiny and another Angel and handling distribution for him because he figured anyone would have to be nuts that'd double cross them. He also told me there was a gun battle at his house and I assume they were probably involved..
I have a question, since sonny is dead, how many people do u think he had clipped?? How many did he do himself??
Flash, gives a very detailed account of what transpired at Altamont in an interview on the Soft White Underbelly YT channel.
Hunter. S.Thompson would sometimes use a tape recorder when interviewing people for his books. Here's a link to his interview with Terry the tramp part 1 . Part 2 should be close by. ruclips.net/video/9Vupr7p5EwA/видео.htmlsi=xfNBFNTBSLgw6E_y
Here's part 2 . Terry talks about being stomped by a club called the Diablos . ruclips.net/video/mLaSSo18rzk/видео.htmlsi=qXmNNNeUdOUTVWFA

What about a brother name Kirby ???? In that time frame???
Thanks for sharing all the good and bad of outlaw culture. I’ve learned a lot from your interviews and going to follow you some good stuff
Was Blind Bob also taken out this way?
You gotta hand it to the club members who where involved in the altamont stabbing, they brought a knife to a gunfight and won.
Interview FLASH !!!!!!!
Hey George, can you do a video on the satan slaves? And why are they not around anymore

Unless you are a member, past or present ,any of this is none of your business.
its mr christies life and if he wants to share it, than that's none of your business. your life is none of our business if you dont want to share it, but you cant decide that for other people.
Hey George, new sub , love it. You mentioned Dick moving to the Sonora Mts, .. Sonora, Ca? I grew up in Sonora, saw a lot of HAs back in the 80s! Up in Gfoveland, Columbia, stc. I know Bass Lake was where Hunter hid in the trunk right? Love the stories!
Hells angels 69 is on here 😊
I'm sorry, I take what you say with a grain of salt, members of your own charter's account of things differ greatly from your own on social media interviews.
